Best Songs On Avenged Sevenfold's Sounding the Seventh Trumpet

Certainly '' Shattered By Broken Dreams '' might be the best track on the album, but the level of feeling and emotion that '' Warmness on the Soul '' has is very unattainable, and whenever I read its lyrics, it has me crying and thinking. on my loving ex-wife.

Same case as I Won't See You Tonight in waking the fallen, both songs are good chemistry because they didn't to use loud screamo verses to make a true rock song.

Unlike the rest off songs here this sounds more calmed and brings peace to my heart.

The most meaningful and best instrumental song on the album. Turn the Other Way may be the best screamo/metalcore song on the album, streets may be the best punk-like song on the album, and warming on the soul may be the best slow song on the album; BUT Shattered by Broken Dreams has ALL of those things in one. It's the most beautiful and the longest song on the album. Starting off slow, then getting super heavy with some amazing screaming, then when you think its over, it plays out into a third part which is one of the greatest and most dramatic endings I've ever heard in a song. Simply incredible

This song has to be top, I mean just read off those brillant lyrics of melancholy, pay attention to the soft voice at the beginning. And ... I can't say more, this song it's incredible to see!

Being Punk, Metalcore, Heavy Metal, Melodic Metal What difference does it make? It's still the best song on the album

Why are so low? This song is better than warmness of the soul because mix the heavy and slow parts that a7x got

I don't really like this kind of extra + loud songs but I still believe that this is the only song that really stuck in my head for a while. Some other times I usually listen to Warmness on the Soul or Streets but I don't feel like they are or are really built for a more Heavy Metal type of purpose like this one does!

How can you not love this song? Honestly the amazing screaming parts, insane drumming all the way through and then at 3:52 when that guitar riff hits and the clean vocals come in is awesome!

Despite the fact that I don't like their first album that much, I have to admit that this is an amazing song. Especially the main riff impresses me.
It deserves a listen!

"Smell the burning embers, time flickering away..." The lyrics are amazing and well executed, also the drum solo is really awesome. So catchy and heavy, I love this song!
