Best Songs from Florence + The Machine's Lungs
" Like I say. I have heard this song off and on back in the 1980s to this day. However, it has touched me only very recently in a way I cannot even fully understand or quite put into words. But, I have watched and listened to a video of her perform this on stage in 2010. And I was TOTALLY THRILLED! No matter what anyone believes in or does not, this song is something I would recommend for anyone, especially given the times we are living in. It emotionally tore me up (in a good way) and both seriously made me cry and GAVE ME THE CHILLS! "
It is so lyrically beautiful, the vocals flow through your speakers and the instruments create an absolutely perfect song!
Catchy, fun, and good sounding, makes me think of The Hunger Games and domestic violence
Catchy, love it. Kind of scary, reminds me of the Hunger Games first two books.
Sad, depressing, and creepy. Great song though, great lyrics, great voice, great instrumentals, definitely deserves third place.
Emotional, inspiring, and a great breakup song.
Great beat, lyrics, voice, everything. Sexy and happy, but also angry and sad.
Best Song on Lungs, Chris, Isa, and Flo are perfectly in tune the whole time, great lyrics, too. Creepy, but sounds good.
Very sticky in your head. Great song, Flo did it again
Why is this so low on the list? This is my favorite song on the album. It's so catchy and the lyrics are amazing.
This should be so much higher, top 5
Great song, great video.
Happy, sad, angry, and catchy, great song
It's such a euphorically well constructed song, the sleighbells, the piano and the rhythmical pounding of the drums that seem to mimic a heartbeat... Flo's voice just sounds so beautiful singing about love and the imagery the song paints just makes me think of spring and wildflowers and running through the woods without a care in the world.
"And my running feet could fly, each breath screaming: 'We are all too young to die' "
Catchy, creepy, well executed song
One of my favorites
Sad, catchy, tune.
"No walls, can keep me protected" "I'm gonna drink myself to death" "I brace myself, cause I know it's gonna hurt"
Florence + The Machine is a great band and this is an overlooked song with great potential to be famous.
Flo's most disturbing song, great voice and instrumentals, though
Great song, great lyrics I hate the video though, not very good, Florence and the Machine made another golden track.
One of the greatest Florence + the Machine songs that was ever made
Silly, fun song. Tenth place because it is silly and doesn't really have a serious meaning, But Rabbit Heart, I'm Not Calling You A Liar, and Between Two Lungs got old
Such an amazingly quirky song which is just so different to so many of her other song so you just can't help but love it!
Amazing, listen to it, you will love it.
Makes me cry it's so gorgeous
