Erm, the Senju clan from Naruto are a very powerful clan, and I'm pretty sure there are only ten of them (that are actually named), and... Yeah.

He was a legendary shinobi who led the Senju clan prior to and after forming Konohagakure with his rival, Madara Uchiha. After the founding of Konoha, he became the First Hokage. Let's think. Shinobi no Kami, Shodai Hokage, famous peace revolutionary, leader of the world's most powerful clan, able to heal himself without using hand seals, mokuton, ability to control bijuus, stronger than the strongest Uchiha (pre-edo tensei), and Madara called him the strongest, which definitely means something.

You'd think the clan's founder/Ancestor/Progenitor/Whatever Position He Was In would be really powerful, however this is up for debate due to the fact that we literally don't know anything about him except his physical appearance and a very vague belief of his. I figure he'd be really strong because he is directly descended from the Ootsutsuki who all seemed pretty powerful.
Tsunade is a fictional character from the manga and anime franchise Naruto, created by Masashi Kishimoto. She was the Fifth Hokage, and a famous medic-nin, also out of all five Kage during Shinobi World War Four, she came the closest to beating Madara (though she still got her ass kicked. )
