Top Ten That '70s Show Characters

The Top Ten
1 Steven Hyde

Steven is awesome, I love his sense of humor and his hilarious way of saying basically anything

My favorite line is when Red and Kitty want Eric to go to church but he won't and this is what happened~

Eric: How come Hyde doesn't have to go to church!?

Steven:

"Although I respect the Judeo-Christian ethic, as well as the Eastern philosophies, and of course the teachings of Muhammad, I find that organized religion has corrupted those beliefs to justify countless atrocities throughout the ages. Were I to go to church, I'd be a hypocrite."

This man is truly amazing

2 Red Forman

I love Red. He tries to hide his emotions, but really wears them on his sleeve. On the surface, he's a bad father, but he truly loves his family...even Eric. He's a good dad.

Mixed feelings. I wish they would have developed his character more. I'm sure he has a good heart but I think he appear mostly just harsh.

Red went through a tough time being unemployed, yet still managed to raise his family and taught Eric how to be a man. Red is God!

3 Fez

Fez just lets those awkward moments shine through to make for truly hilarious scenes, such as one of my personal favorite quotes

*in a seductive voice to Hyde's mom*
"May I cut the cheese? "

Fez may have been the nicest friend on the show. His obsession with porno and candy made me chuckle many times. But I wouldn't put him in front of Kelso, Hyde, or even Eric

"Oh yeah, Fez is SO funny! I love his accent (fun fact: Wilmer Valderamma, a.k.a Fez, doesn't have an accent in real life) and his obsession over candy which I can totally relate to, and the fact that he was such a pervert! "

4 Michael Kelso

Kelso's immature and clumsy attitude made him an awesome part of the sitcom. His relationship with Jackie was hysterical being that all he wanted to do was have sex. His failed relationship with Jackie helped him become a loving father in the end.

According to Kelso, he was looking for Red's saw so that he could cut down a tree because a Rabbit was stuck there after Eric threw it up into the tree and Kelso wanted to cut it down so the rabbit could go back to the wild and lay it's eggs. Now that's gold.

5 Eric Forman Eric Albert Forman is a fictional character in Fox Network's That '70s Show, portrayed by Topher Grace. Eric is based on the adolescence of show creator Mark Brazill.

Eric is the funniest character on the show! Roleplaying:
RED (as Eric): I'm just a skinny, smart-mouthed kid who always has something to say about everything!
ERIC (as Red): I wish I was an octopus, so I could put 8 different feet in 8 different asses HAHAHAHA!
Red (as Eric): Star wars, star wars, star wars!
ERIC (as Red in funny voice): Dead commies, dead commies, dead COMMIES!
Definitely. Along with Donna one of the most underrated characters on the show!

Eric may the most important character of the series. When he left at the end of season 7, the show just wasnt the same without him. Arguably the funniest of em all

6 Leo Chingkwake

"Leo is... Ok. I don't really understand why people love him so much and think he's the best character. He was Hyde's boss for a little bit and then BOOM he's the new Eric. I mean, I get it. He's kinda funny. He loses his memory all the time and I can relate to that."

Leo knew how to crack me up. The sad part was that Leo never played a pivotal role in the show. The closest that comes to mind was when he developed an interest for Kitty but that was it!

An awesome hippie and playing the role SO good. No surprise though since he is kind of a real life hippie as well smoking ganja.

7 Jackie Burkhart

She is really an underrated character, even if her character is supposed to be annoying, I laughed a lot when she was on screen and I hate that Kelso and Jackie split up, they were the funniest and cutest coupple ever.

She is funny smart and pretty. She is the only one inn which they actually showed any proper character development to. In my opinion, she is the best by far!

She was the only one who developed as a character. All people see her as annoying girl who came to the gang almost uninvited but she was allways there for her friends.

8 Kitty Forman

Kitty just tries to be nice all the time and she is so funny too. She's the only one who can scare Red.

A lot of people talk about Donna being an independent strong woman but honestly Kitty is a wayyyyy better example. She's hardworking and independent but actually treats the people close to her with compassion instead of being controlling and temperamental

She makes the show! With her signature laugh and hair! She's actually funny...she's hilarious!

9 Donna Pinciotti

Overall just a very annoying character, she's far more uptight than any character including Jackie and Laurie, and is absurdly hypocritical. In seasons 2-6 she is especially the most annoying character by far, 90% of the time she's either acting like an uptight know it all or a spoiled brat

Donna should be higher on this list. She was not only in love with Eric, she was the one who made the most sense in the entire group. Her feminist views separated her from the other ladies like jackie, kitty, midge, and even laurie.

10 Bob Pinciotti

Doofus husband of Midge and father of Donna and almost veteran. By far the funniest of the family.

Underrated. Love his character even though he is not very smart he's funny.

The Contenders
11 Laurie Forman

I thought Laurie was kinda funny. She had her moments. I mean, she was a skank, acted like she was 8 all the time like always getting Eric into trouble, and I hate that some girls call their fathers "daddy." What's wrong with just "dad? "

12 Midge Pinciotti

Holy crap I hate that woman. She is the stereotype dumb blonde and I'm blonde so she makes me FUORIOS!

It's a shame her and Bob divorced, they were like the grownup Jackie & Kelso.

13 Pastor Dave

I feel kinda bad for pastor Dave. He was only trying to be cool.

14 Brooke
15 Roy Keene

"So I'm on the golden gate bridge, and everyone's telling me to jump. I was just out for a jog."

16 Dikzak
17 Mitch
18 Randy Pearson

I never got to know who Randy was. I skipped the 8th season after I learned that Kelso was leaving. FOR GOOD.

A great addition to the cast. Funny and charming to be exact. Overall, it just didn't make up for Erics absence

20 Charlie
