Easily the greatest pitcher in Blue Jays history. Stieb set many records for the Blue Jays that still stands. Most wins in a career, most strikeouts, most complete games, most shutouts. As good as Steib was in helping the team became a winner, he's also most notoriously gave up a lot of hits and home runs and was one of the reasons the Blue Jays collapsed in the 1987 American League East race. But to be fair, Stieb was one of the best and deserves to be on its team Level of Excellence.
