You should've seen him in Garfield's Fun Fest (If you have watched that movie, then you would know he deserves to be very high on the list).
Nermal is the meanest Garfield character ever. Garfield isn't an angel, but he is one compared to Nermal.
He is too "innocent" to get in trouble, but I would have got rid of him if he were my cat as he is a little brat.
HE IS AN ANNOYING BRAT THAT THINKS HE IS CUTE BUT IS ACTUALLY A TWIT. IN MEXICO IN THE CARTOON, HE'S A GIRL. I can see why Garfield hates him.
