The Contenders: Page 17XW
The game is a third-person cover-based shooter. When aiming using sights, the game switches to a first-person camera. Some cover can be partially destroyed, forcing players to seek other hiding spots. While taking cover, players can be suppressed by machine gun fire, which takes the effect of narrowing and shaking the player's field of vision, making it harder to return fire.
A new feature in the series is adaptive camouflage, a form of active camouflage which allows the Ghosts to become partially invisible
Spec Ops: The Line is primarily a third-person shooter with emphasis on utilizing cover and squad-based tactics. Various new weapons and equipment become available as play progresses, some dropped by downed enemies. These include several different rifles, handguns, and machine guns, some with alternate firing modes, like attaching a suppressor or using a scope; as well as grenade launchers and hand grenades. Single-player squad commands include focusing fire on a particular target and ordering medical attention to an injured squad member
Another great 3rd person shooter.
Multiplayer maps are huge and hell of a lot of perks
The single player campaign takes place in Afghanistan, in 2002. For half of the game, players assume the role of a DEVGRU operator. For the remainder, the player alternates between the roles of a Delta Force sniper, as well as a U.S. army Ranger of the 75th Ranger Regiment, and an AH-64 Apache gunner.
Good campaign but don't really know the story.
The beards are amazing.
