Cruella opens up her own amusement park which ends up polluting the swamp due to the oil leaking from the pipes to Cruella World and threatens not only the swamp and the farm but also to the whole world or at least according to Swamp Rat as Lucky attempts to get help in shutting down Cruella World but due to him exaggerating his stories no one believes him so he goes it alone.
Lucky and Scorch end up going overboard during a cruise between the Dearly's and Cruella and end up stranded on a deserted island where they two clash with one another as they try to survive.
Roger, Anita and the pups end up in a strange village known as Devil Ville that appears once every 100 years and happens to be ruled over by one of Cruella's ancestors Judge Dimsdale Devil who had the place cursed by a witch that every citizen would fall into a spell where their always happy and the spell doesn't affect chickens and anyone else related tot he Devil name including Cruella who happens to stumble onto the place and conspires with her ancestor into keeping the Dearly's there until the town vanishes again so she can steal the farm however Dimsdale Devil plans on having Cruella take his place since the curse never specified which Devil had to be in the village when it disappears leaving Spot to have to break the curse on the others which happens to be her literally kissing everyone to break the curse.
