Peeledbanana's Top 10 Favorite Cartoon Network Shows

We'll be counting down my top 10 favorite TV shows from Cartoon Network. Keep in my mind that I will not be including classic cartoons like Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, Tom and Jerry, etc because they were created before Cartoon Network was even a thing, even though they air on Cartoon Network now occasionally and did in 1992-1996.
