Top Video Game Characters that Should Be in Smash Bros Ultimate.
Since my boi Ridley has been announced, I'd thought I'd talk about other Characters I want for Smash. Also this list is for VIDEO GAME CHARACTERS ONLY. MEANING that if you did not debut on a video game console, you will not be on this list. And please don't add characters that have already been confirmed to be in the game in some form, like Krystal or Knuckles.
King K. Rool is a fictional anthropomorphic crocodile and the main antagonist of Nintendo's Donkey Kong video game franchise, as well as the archenemy of Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. DK needs more reps and who better than the main antagonist? I'll take Dixie, but I want K Rool more.

Sadly, I bet a dumb Rabbid will be in the game, but Rayman is a pretty popular character, and ever since I've gotten Rayman Legends, I've been rooting for Rayman ever since.

Toad, known in Japan as Kinopio, is a major character in the Mario Bros. franchise. He assists Princess Peach in the Mushroom Kingdom and will do whatever it takes to help her. He first appeared in the classic game, Super Mario Bros. after being kidnapped by Bowser and his minions. Since then he has been a reappearing character in the Mario Bros. series as a playable character in the New Super Mario Bros. series, Super Mario 3D World, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Super Mario Run, and many other games. I know that the Peach and Daisy trailers pretty much made this impossible, but I REALLY want Toad in Smash. But sadly if any Toad is in Smash, it will be a worthless character who has only been in five games. Yep Captain Toad.

Dixie Kong is a character from the Donkey Kong series. She is Diddy Kong's girlfriend and Tiny Kong's older sister. We CAN add two DK reps! Dixie is pretty popular, and she can use her ponytail as a propeller.

Miles "Tails" Prower is a fictional character in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog series, and the title character's best friend and sidekick. To make less controversy, I have placed Tails at the bottom. Even though the fans want Shadow for some reason, Tails would be way more unique. And while I do agree that we don't need two Sonic reps, since Sonic is one of the most popular video game series, he could use a second rep.
Who am I kidding? He'll never be in. Shadow's gonna make it.
