I use this one the most when decorating my houses because there's so many cool things in Build Mode. I don't use the ice cream machine though... Who does?

2 Laundry Day Stuff

I just got this one too and it just adds realism to the game. That's why I love it.

3 Vintage Glamour Stuff

I only like this one because of the butlers...

4 Backyard Stuff

I use this one a lot too usually for exterior decor.

5 Toddler Stuff

I use this for my little toddlers rooms because there's so many cute things in Build Mode ^^ But, not worth a top spot... Sorry...
