Unfortunately, that won't happen because they had to kill off Tony Stark (I know, I'm sad too, he's one of my favorites) but they can make it work by having Morgan Stark (his daughter in Endgame) take her father's place (she'll be a teen by then but who's to say she's not too young to be Iron Woman) or have Harley take Tony's place (the boy that Tony first "adopted" as a "surrogate son", the kid as just as smart as him).
