I like Willem Dafoe's portrayal of him. Dane DeHann's was okay too. But in Willem's case, he constantly scares you with his great performance and he beats the crap out of Spider-Man in the end...only for Spidey to turn the battle around and when he pleads for mercy he tricks him...
He may just be a robot, but man is he an unstoppable force.

A brilliant villain and the best of the MCU. Beat the avengers in avenger iw.
Good villain. More successful than Loki and previous MCU antagonists, for sure. Loki only made Iron Man have PTSD and actually created the Avengers and Thor being a heroic man, so he technically failed more than succeeded....however, Zemo succeeded in his goal.
