The Top Ten
1 Elmer Fudd Elmer J. Fudd is a fictional cartoon character and one of the most famous Looney Tunes characters, and the de facto archenemy of Bugs Bunny.

shhh, be very quiet, I'm hunting wabbits and A.J. Foyt and Mario Andretti and even Danica Patrick. Start your engines and enjoy the ride.
Its Joeysworld

2 The Pincushion Man
3 Yosemite Sam Yosemite Sam is an American animated cartoon character in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons produced by Warner Bros. Animation. The name is somewhat alliterative and is inspired by Yosemite National Park.

Should be higher than Elmer. He is much more villainous (in fact, the writers felt sorry for Elmer and felt like Bugs was a heckler, so they created Yosemite Sam, who is much less sympathetic, therefore the audience roots for Bugs).

4 Peg Leg Pete
5 Monstro
6 The Evil Queen
7 The Arctic Giant (Superman)

Turns out, Godzilla came after this guy! Probably an unpopular opinion because he’s obscure

8 Pink Elephant (Dumbo)
9 Cab Calloway Walrus (Minnie the Moocher)
10 Stromboli (Pinocchio)
