Things The User 3DG20 Has Grown Out Of
There have been many things I’ve gotten into as a little kid and eventually grown out of throughout my life, so this list will be about that.It may not be very easy to believe now, but back when I was around 10, I was probably one of the biggest girly girls you could ever find. I liked putting on makeup, watching princess movies, mainly “The Little Mermaid” and gushing over having a boyfriend. I would even bring my best friend at the time (Her fake name will be Melanie) to my house and we’d pretend to be the princesses. It wasn’t until I was around 11-12 when I finally started to lean more towards the tomboy side.
I have no idea how, but The Annoying Orange was it when I was 8-11, and a lot of my recesses from grade 2 to 4 were spent talking with one of my other best friends at the time (His fake name will be Alex) who also liked this about “that new Annoying Orange video”. I finally grew out of it when I noticed the new videos were trying way too hard and I eventually also began to notice that the old ones too were really not as great as I once made them out to be.
I hate that I’m even writing this, but... I liked Justin Bieber until I was 10-11 years old. On some days in grade 4, instead of going outside for recess, Melanie and I would go on the school computers and listen to her. I thought she was the cutest thing ever for some reason, but I eventually grew out of her when I started listening to bands like Evanescence and Three Days Grace.
Up until I was about 10 years old, I wouldn’t stop watching not just the first one, but both of the sequels as well, and I am so sorry to anyone that’s had to put up with me “singing” (or in other words, screaming like a dying walrus) the songs...
As you can probably already tell by the fact I used to like The Annoying Orange, I was super easy to please as a little kid and Fred is another example of that. Yeah, it doesn’t sound all that bad now... At least until I add that this also included the movie and the animations.
Sometimes after school, I would go to Melanie’s house, then she would put this on and we’d watch it for hours. I’ve never been a huge anime fan, but my short lived obsession with this show was the closest it got to making me one.
This show was once another common interest that Melanie and I had. We watched this and Sakura a lot at her house, but I haven’t watched it since I was 11 or 12.
Agreed. Never saw the appeal of this or Dexter's Lab to be honest.
In grade 6, I would read these books every day after lunch and for some reason, despite how unlikable most of the characters are, I loved it, and in grade 8, we had to read a book and do a summary on it every week, so I picked this for most of my summaries since I had already read most of the books, some more than once, but I haven’t read any of them since.
When I was 11, I got the 3 movies that were out at the time for Christmas and read the books a few months later, but I haven’t read them since grade 8.
Before I first read the “Dork Diaries” and “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” books, I was into these books, but it was a very short time before I stopped reading them and haven’t read it since, so that’s why it’s in last place.
