Ten Honorable Mentions of Martin Canine's Upcoming "50 Greatest Albums of 2018" List (Ranked Alphabetically)

There's only 3 days left of 2018 - 4 if you count this one as well - and of course I already finished my list about this year's greatest music albums. Like with the songs, I picked 50 albums - an astoundingly big amount, I know, but this year I listened to so many records, far mire than the years before, that I even had troubles deciding for 50. Okay, unlike the songs, there weren't hundreds shortlisted (although I listened to hundreds, but that included disappointments, unused potential and some crap too), but still quite some more than the fifty I had in mind. So I thought why not share with you some albums that were considered for my list but didn't make it? And here they are.

2018 was a year in which album sizes varied more than ever, naturally you might regard some of the entries as EPs. It's more debatable than ever, but I wasn't too picky in the end.

I also want to give a shoutout to Cupcakke. She truly delivered this year and I am very sorry how badly I underestimated her as a rapper. It's one of the very few instances where I wish I could at least edit old comments because I don't agree with them no more. I might still not like songs like "Deepthroat" and "Doggy Style", or the album they originate from, but unlike what I suggested the problem is not that she herself couldn't rap. She showed that she can all throughout 2018.

As with songs, I didn't include accompanying texts on this list, but will on the actual top 50 ranking.
