Two primary factors dictate a country’s level of corruption. The type of government structure is the primary factor along with amount of available resources. The more Communist the governing structures are the higher the level of corruption will be. Corruption of coarse exist in every form of government to varying degrees. Democratic governments are much less corrupt than communist and socialist governments however it can still be considerable. An example is Canada. In 2015 this country was ranked 9th least corrupt country in the world. They elected a new liberal government under the leadership of a clown blackface party boy substitute drama teacher with no qualifications in any prominent aspects of government.
