Top Ten Most Annoying User Personalities that Show Up In Every Online Community

Whether it's on a gaming channel, a website like TheTopTens, or basically any online forum, which types of people are always present and just WHY are these people the worst? Let's look at them all in-depth. Keep in mind these are user personalities, not officially named ones, and don't pertain to actual users on this site or on any other site.

The Top Ten
1 The Hypersensitive One

They can't just run around screaming and getting triggered by things, folks. Honestly, they get triggered easily and should probably think before posting anything. They think the whole world caters to them.

2 The Politicizer

An awful person that usually shows up in forum threads just to talk politics with users on things. Yet they are always one-sided and act as if their opinion is what matters most. It makes sense that they get torn down by others easily.

3 The Know-it-all

This personality has since become the worst in my eyes, but I don't know about the rest of you guys. Regardless, there are people that think they know everything on a topic just because they did a quick search on Google. It's really annoying to hear full essays on things that shouldn't matter all that much. The worst kind of know-it-alls are the ones who recently join too. I hate that kind of person that comes in and all of a sudden just knows about things.

4 The Fetishist

They want people to know about their fetishes. Like really know them. And that's obviously annoying to everyone around them. Like, if you wanna be normal in any community, you gotta conform to what they consider normal. Making things abnormal with odd fetishes just ruins the vibe.

5 The Overly Mature One

This one sounds strange, but let's be real here. There are varying levels of maturity in users online. The thing to take note of is the one who actually is mature, but expects everyone to act how he/she acts. And that's seriously wrong because this user tries to change everyone to their preferred standards. This one can overlap with the know-it-all. I can easily tell you guys right now that immature users have a nice, entertaining balance to mature users, who tend to be boring most of the time.

6 The Conspiracy Theorist

Some of these personality types can wind up being the same as "the troll" in many ways, but we're trying to be as specific as possible. Obviously, a conspiracy theorist is annoying, and can overlap with some of these, specifically the "politicizer", but regardless, these guys often believe blatant lies they find online and try to spread them as well as "debunk" true facts.

7 The Spammer

Can take many forms: the kind who actually posts on everything even when unnecessary, or the common spam bots that post advertisements or other things. OR THE ONES WHO TYPE IN ALL CAPS or in foreign languages. But let's all lump them under one common personality here. They all spam.

8 The Nitpicker

Picture this, you have created something you think people will find cool and share it with an online community. When you do, one person looks at every teensy tiny little detail in your work and tries to criticize it for the better. While you should do what you can to improve on it, you can't help but wonder why this person did all that critique, because most people would be like "cool" and move on with their lives. But not the nitpicker. Could also overlap with the "know-it-all".

9 The Actual Predator

Thankfully, these aren't TOO common on actual websites, but they are a possibility. Imagine getting threats of death or rape in messages from a certain user, imagine them trying to hack your account or perhaps worse, your actual home address. That's what an actual predator does. And they actually know they will annoy you too.

10 The Emo

They often try to act like the opposite of the hypersensitive one, but end up being just that at times, combined with depression, faking suicide, and all sorts of things. The point is, they ALWAYS bring grief, and it's annoying because many people wish to have fun in online communities.
