Top Ten Scariest Five Night's at Freddy's Animatronics

The Top Ten
1 Nightmare Bonnie Nightmare Bonnie is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 and one of the seven nightmare animatronics (ten if the Halloween Edition animatronics and Plushtrap are counted) in the game. He is the nightmarish incarnation of Bonnie.

Bonnie is still a large, bluish-purple rabbit, but some of his features, such as his teeth and claws, appear to be exaggerated. His red bow tie is just about the only part of him that is not in tatters.

2 Nightmare Chica

If you thought her yellow feathers and orange beak made her sort of cute before, think again! Nightmare Chica appears shredded from head to toe, and has mismatched eyes alongside monstrous claws and teeth.

3 Nightmare Nightmare is an antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 and one of the seven nightmare animatronics (ten if the Halloween Edition animatronics and Plushtrap are counted) in the game. He is the shadowy incarnation of Nightmare Fredbear, and the final antagonist in the game.

Nightmare is Casidy's spirit (Golden Freddy) haunting the child and demanding him what or not to do, she is the hardest animatronic for the child to beat because of this.
Nightmare's appearance is a exact replica of Nightmare Fredbear but is transparent because it's the form of a spirit and seems to be the much more terrifying version of Fredbear as it's teeth and eyes pop out way more in the dark. I have never felt so much stress and panic trying to make sure the door is closed or how long I need to keep my flashlight on him for any other animatronic.

4 Nightmare Balloon Boy
5 Nightmare Foxy Nightmare Foxy is a character who appears in FNaF 4 on Night 2. Nightmare Foxy runs down the hall and sneaks in through your slightly opened door and hides in the closet, until you close the closet door for long enough. He will attack if you don't close the closet door long enough or it takes you a... read more

Nightmare Foxy is similarly a slightly larger, more tattered version of the familiar fox. He's got a pirate hook for a right hand, but is lacking the pirate eye patch.

Nightmare Foxy is easily the most terrifying out of all the nightmare animatronics, he will try and get into your closet by going through the halls and when your not looking he will go into the closet. Also not knowing when he will jump scare you or not if you turn around or run back from a door is is mortifying (even though you could say the same thing for Freddy but his appearance is not as frightening). Nightmare Foxy also jump scares you in his final stage in the closet.

6 Nightmare Freddy

"I am given flesh to be your tormentor".

He's still the brown bear we've come to know and fear, just a lot more tattered and torn than ever before, and with a monstrous jaw to boot.
Nightmare Freddy creates adrenaline and fear because you will never know exactly when he will show up or not because it depends on how long you take to clear the freddles out.

7 Nightmare Fredbear Nightmare Fredbear is a character in Five Nights at Freddy's 4 who appears in Night 5, replacing the other 4 enemies you have to face off against in earlier nights, Nightmare Fredbear is the most vicious animatronic imagined by the Child you play as in FNaF 4, because of a freak accident where the child is bitten by the animatronic. This Fredbear also appears in Ultimate Custom Night, along with Nightmare Fredbear too.

"Let me put you back together, and take you apart all over again".

A giant, terrifying version of the Fredbear we've been seeing in the mini-games. This tattered and torn bear animatronic has golden fur and wears a purple hat and bow tie.
Nightmare Fredbear is terrifying because of that jaw and his size which almost makes him appear muscular.

8 Springtrap Springtrap is a character in Five Nights At Freddy's 3, released in March 2, 2015. He's a green and gold bunny with another character named William (Purple Guy) in him. Purple Guy being the murderer of the 5 children murdered in the 80s. After the ghosts of the 5 children became free from their suits, they chased Afton into a tattered Spring Bonnie suit. Thinking he's safe, the springlocks crush him... read more

"I always come back".

Springtrap is an early model of a Bonnie suit, as he is referred to as Spring Bonnie by the Phone Guy on Night 5 and by the boy in the Night 3 minigame of Five Nights at Freddy's 4.
