Hello Friends there’s been an urgent crisis happening recently. I think there’s some Phantom or a Grim Reaper on the loose! The situation is dire and something must be done!
Let me tell you about what’s going on!
The Date was August 24th Two Thousand and Nineteen. We were preparing for another NFL season to start when all of a sudden a headline flashed on Television and social media across America like a Lightning strike. The headline was shocking as ever...

The situation sent a jolt through me like an electric shockwave. The Grim Reaper was here to collect his dues. At first one could brush this aside. Mr Grigson and Mr Irsay did cause part of the wear and tear on Andrew Luck that would eventually consume him whole. It was easy to just blame the Colts Organization for this predicament. There was little reason to suspect that anyone else would go down to the Grim Reaper on the loose.
Or so we thought.....
Little did we know that the NFL world was about to be struck. Rocked by a Hurricane. A Hurricane of Destruction and chaos across the league itself.

Jacksonville FL: NICK FOLES IS OUT
The Grim Reaper strikes again. This time going after a former Super Bowl MVP who is hailed as Lord and Savior in Philadelphia is now down and out. He was brief yet effective with his slashing down of Mr Foles. Silence filled and spread across the city like a plague. Chaos ensures as Jacksonville must learn to win with their new quarterback taking the NFL World by storm Gardner Minshew.
As the NFL world watched in shock little did they know what was to come. But the Grim Reaper was ruthless to starting quarterbacks.
The next week he claimed not one but two victims. Both were well known veterans with respect to their names. The NFL world was flipped upside down and stunned by the latest headlines. The Grim Reaper was here to collect his dues and he wasn’t done yet.

CAM NEWTON IS OUT
At this point fear was spreading throughout the NFL world consuming it whole. Not even the veterans were safe. Nobody was safe. The NFL world fell silent on that Sunday night. Now the victim count was up to 5

As night fell on another Sunday in the NFL world people had an intense feeling of fear. Who would be next? When would the next strike be? Why is this happening? What is going on?

SAM DARNOLD DIAGNOSED WITH MONO
Turns out His next target would be Sam Darnold. Not even a week later and he’s diagnosed with mononucleosis. A devastating blow to the Jets season. Sure he did recover and was playing in a few weeks but it comes with another problem. Ghosts. Or so he claims. He got frightened against the Patriots Defense getting to him he started seeing ghosts and the Patriots Defense turned into demons charging at him. It appears playing the Patriots and Being held captive by the Grim Reaper was traumatizing. Oh but he’s not done with New York Yet folks.
TREVOR SIMIAN OUT FOR THE SEASON
Turns out their backup quarterback has fallen into his grasp. The victim number was up to 7 At this point there was no doubt that something was going on. And it wasn’t good.
The Jets temporary Quarterback was Luke Falk... Who? I guess the unknown player made it not worth going after the Jets again. A new target was needed.

A few weeks go by and an eerie feeling creeps over the NFL world. Nobody knows who will be next or when. It turns out that Mason Rudolph was next.
MASON RUDOLPH LEAVES GAME WITH CONCUSSION
Although it was not he who did it. Earl Thomas did the job for him. Knocked him out and he even went unconscious. A really scary sight to see. This means we get.... Devlin Hodges.. who?
Once again he doesn’t bother taking out an unknown player so Hodges is free to live.
A new fear is now present. Not only was he going after the starters but backups as well. Another week concludes and indeed the NFL world watches and waits for who shall be the next to fall victim.

PATRICK MAHOMES DISLOCATES KNEE
Nobody is truly safe. Patrick Mahomes even fell victim. This one really rocked the NFL landscape like an earthquake. Silence fell across the NFL world. The defending MVP was now out for 2 weeks at minimum. A costly blow for Kansas City. The new backup is now Matt Moore.

MATT RYAN HURTS ANKLE
The Grim Reaper strikes again this time it was Matt Ryan falling victim. The Falcons situation was already desperate and the Grim Reaper might as well just have taken the whole team captive. Now they have to play Matt Schaub.

Eli Manning - sentenced to the bench in favor of rookie Daniel Jones
Joe Flacco- Inconsistent and checkdown city. Another member of the Denver Quarterbacks of Suck list
Josh Rosen- Benched in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick aka Fitzception.
Mitchell Trubisky- progressively devolving week after week. Poor leadership on offense
Case Keenum- regressed since days in Minnesota. Inconsistent and I’m pretty sure he has a concussion
Baker Mayfield - Interception leader. Turns out he’s overrated just like the Team itself
Dwayne Haskins- He’s given the Redskin curse as he’s tossed into the fire that is the Washington Redskins
Jamies Winston- He has pursued his passion of making delicious turnovers for NFL defenses to enjoy.
Ryan Fitzpatrick- he’s been cursed into sucking for the Miami Dolphins
Marcus Mariota- benched in favor of Tannehill, a guy who was on the Dolphins 3 years ago.

And now here we are. The NFL world is living in fear. What’s going on? Who’s next? When will the Grim Reaper strike again? How are quarterbacks somehow avoiding the curse
