Why Mario Party 10 Sucks
Half-true, half-wrong. I despise how Bowser gets to reroll, and the fact he can get an additional dice at times, but I've had a lot of instances where Team Mario won, even when I played as Bowser, so it pans out in the end.
Bowser Party is the redeeming factor here! You say? Well it’s a cool idea but the execution is really poor. Bowser gets so many dice to catch up to the other players and if he takes out even just one player the Mario team is at a huge disadvantage. I’ve played it like 100 times and team Mario won Maybe 10% of the time if that
I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to flip over your cards on this one. Your argument is that it's a copy because it brought the car back with the only difference being the boards (and minigames?). I guess 2-8 are just copies of 1 then but with other boards and minigames... And I mean 10 isn't that big of an offender when you realize 2 copied half of all minigames from 1.
On top of that this game’s Mario Party mode is a copy and paste from Mario Party 9. It’s the exact same format only difference is the boards themselves but they’re not a lot to brag about in all honesty. At least Mario Party 9 is original this is just copying homework without bringing anything new to the table
I liked the Airship one just fine but the rest weren't too interesting. Mushroom Park looks too plastic and Chaos Castle is generic
Unlike in the past the boards are pretty bland. There’s not a lot of interesting things happening. They’re cool locations but they just don’t stand out like the others in the series. Most of these gimmicks are just kinda there and rather forgettable
True that. There's only three playable boards. I can get why the Airship level wasn't included, but why not the ghost one?
On top of that Bowser Party really gets old quickly. There’s only 3 boards available all the same as in Mario Party and the gimmicks you can do with Bowser to trick the other players really lose their appeal quickly and there’s only 10 Bowser Minigames so they get old really quickly
This I can agree.
Really Nintendo? Although at least it's not as bad as..., *shudders*, 4 from Super.
Seriously the first Mario Party on the N64 has more than this... the fact that there’s less here is a bit of a turn off
It kinda sums up the state Mario Party was in before and Cube though
Pretty much, with the lack of modes.
