Top 10 3rd Party Characters that Should Be in Smash Bros. Switch

The Top Ten
1 Shovel Knight (Shovel Knight)

Tails the Fox wasn't on here, but I'll vote for the awesome Shovel Knight!

He would fit perfectly honestly.

2 Solid Snake (Metal Gear Series) Solid Snake is a fictional character and one of the main protagonists of the video game series Metal Gear by Hideo Kojima. He is a legendary soldier cloned from Big Boss's DNA, who is sent to infiltrate and investigate the titular weapons in an effort to stop a potential war.

I would love to see Snake again no matter if it DLC or unlockable character.

3 Banjo Kazooie (Banjo Kazooie Series)
4 Geno (Super Mario RPG)
5 Rayman (Rayman Series) Rayman is the main protagonist and title character of the Rayman series created by Ubisoft game designer Michel Ancel.
6 Conker (Conker's Bad Fur Day) Conker the Squirrel is an anthropomorphic squirrel starring in various video games. The character was created by Rare.

The character was created by Erin Bozon, the wife of Matt Bozon, who is the creative director at WayForward. Since the release of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse in 2014, Shantae has been voiced by Cristina Vee.
9 Steve (Minecraft)
10 Simon Belmont (Castlevania)

Makes sense, but unfortunately too many people on this site are too young to know why he makes sense (does the name Captain N mean anything to you? )

The Contenders
11 Tails (Sonic The Hedgehog) Miles "Tails" Prower is a fictional character in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog series, and the title character's best friend and sidekick.
12 Bomberman (Bomberman Series)
13 Chrono (Chrono Trigger)
14 Sans (Undertale) Sans or Sans the Skeleton is a character in the 2015 RPG Undertale created by Toby Fox. He is a lazy, pun-loving skeleton who is a supporting protagonist in the "pacifist" and "neutral" routes of Undertale, and a heroic antagonist/final boss of the "genocide" route. He is known for his incredibly difficult ...read more.
15 Yooka (Yooka-Laylee)
16 Sora (Kingdom Hearts)

Kingdom Hearts takes on a huge part of video game history. Even though this is a Disney game, Sora could be a possible character to join the smash roster. He would be unique unlike most sword fighters in the Smash Series but what kind of final smash could he have?

17 Red Savarin (Solatorobo) Red Savarin (Japanese: レッド・サハラン, Reddo Saharan) is the titular main protagonist and only playable character in the video game Solatorobo: Red the Hunter. He is voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara. He's a 17-year-old Caninu who makes his living as a Hunter, a type of mercenary. 21 Joanna Dark (Perfect Dark)
22 Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog) Sonic the Hedgehog, trademarked Sonic The Hedgehog, is the title character and protagonist of the Sonic the Hedgehog series released by SEGA, as well as numerous spin-off comics, five animated shows, and an animated OVA.

Hello? The second most recognized game character of all time? He'd BETTER be in it. I know he's Sega's mascot, and Nintendo is Sega's rival, but if they got him in Brawl, they could get him in here.

23 Pac-Man (Pac-Man) Pac-Man is the protagonist fictional character of the franchise of the same name by Namco, who was first introduced in the Japanese arcade game Pac-Man on May 22, 1980 in Japan, later released in the United States in October the same year.

Yes, I KNOW he has no chance whatsoever, but he's still a classic.
