There was a show on ESPN Classic called "Top 5 Reasons You Can't Blame" where they took a moment in sports between an athlete or a guilty party and come up with reasons why they are not the sole reason to be blamed. Such episodes included why you can't blame Harry Frazee for trading Babe Ruth, Bill Buckner for the Red Sox losing, the Minnesota Vikings for trading for Herschel Walker, and Chris Webber for calling a timeout that cost Michigan a national title, and so on.
