Most Addicting Video Games of the 2010s

Ha ha, first time I started to play Skyrim it was addictive. Then started to play the mods, more addictive. Then finally gave up on trying mods and started to make my own mods with creation kit. Even more addictive than playing the mods or the vanilla version. I mean with the Bethesda creation kit you just extract the whole game into it and take a look at each quest, worldspaces, armor, texture etc. And one day I realize how much time I was wasting on a single game.

Skyrim is one of those games that people claim they've played hundreds of hundreds of hours on. Plus with the addition of mods it even adds more to the game itself, making it even more addictive.

When you have yourself a competitive multiplayer shooter like Overwatch, it's no question it be one of the most addictive shooters of this decade. Still going strong way after it was released.

You either love it or you hate it but Dark Souls most certainly brings people to play for hours and hours. I chose the third game as it's my favorite of the series.

I've heard people say they put well over 200 hours in this game and are still going. Seems like a great addictive game to get sucked into.

This Harvest Moon spiritual successor is one of the most addictive Indie games ever. I've played a lot of hours on this and it's probably one of my favorite indie games.

As for solid shooters go, I genuinely couldn't put the controller down when playing. I had to force myself to stop playing or else I would've kept going and get no sleep.

People are already finding some amazing speedrun strats for this game. This game is nothing but addictive platforming fun.
