Top 10 Best Album-Closing Songs by Muse

The Top Ten
1 Knights of Cydonia - Black Holes and Revelations
2 Megalomania - Origin of Symmetry
3 Ruled by Secrecy - Absolution
4 Drones - Drones

The mystery and gore behind this track closes the album with a powerful epilogue about the tragedy that the drones caused on humanity. After the song ends, the album ends, leaving the world in the story to ashes, therefore making the closing a beautiful, yet dishonorable disaster.

5 Hate This & I'll Love You - Showbiz
6 Exogenesis: Symphony, Part 3 (Redemption) - The Resistance
7 The 2nd Law: Isolated System - The 2nd Law

I honestly think that this doesn't get enough rep. Sure, it's nowhere near Knights of Cydonia or The Globalist / Drones, but it is a damn powerful and meaningful closer. If you search up what the second law of thermodynamics is, and what it means for our world and the universe in general, it makes it all the more impactful and emotional. The whole motif of the album was about the environment and how humans are on a one way trip to killing ourselves, and this song just ends this dark and bleak album on such an emotional note. Thrilling stuff, and it's why the 2nd law will always be one of the top albums from them to me.

8 Take a Bow - Haarp
9 Hyper Chondriac Music - Hullabaloo Soundtrack
10 Starlight - Live at Rome Olympic Stadium
The Contenders
11 The Void - Simulation Theory
