Top 10 Albums that are the Worst of a Rock Band

The Top Ten

1 Sounding The Seventh Trumpet - Avenged Sevenfold

I like this album actually! But yeah, not a7x overall best.

Avenged Sevenfold may be my favourite band, but this album was not a good start from them. Thankfully they would only get better from here with 'Waking the Fallen'. - SuperSonic17

2 Results May Vary - Limp Bizkit
3 The Spaghetti Incident - Guns N' Roses

Guns and roses you're better than this - LightningStrike

4 Illud Divinum Insanus - Morbid Angel

This is BY FAR the worst death metal album ever if you can even call it that - christangrant

5 Lulu - Metallica and Lou Reed

LuLu is so bad. It's so much worse than St Anger. - AlphaQ

6 Raditude - Weezer
7 Dedicated to Chaos - Queensryche
8 Forbidden - Black Sabbath

This album should be forbidden - christangrant

9 Recharged - Linkin Park

Living Things is way worse. - BoredJeff02

10 St. Anger - Metallica

Yeah, I know Chistangrant likes this album but I find it their least appealing album they've made. And Lulu doesn't count since it's technically a Lou Reed album with Metallica. - cjWriter1997

TONG TONG TONG goes the snare and no kirk solos. - peepsmith

The Contenders

11 The Path of Totality - Korn
12 Super Collider - Megadeth

Worst Megadeth album. Megadeth you had one job :( - LightningStrike

13 Van Halen III - Van Halen

It should be every album without David Lee Roth - JCHOW

14 It Just Gets Worse - Anal C***
15 Dos - Green Day
16 Risk - Megadeth

They took a Risk and made Pop Rock songs and this is the same band that made Hangar 18 - christangrant

17 Metal Magic - Pantera
18 Pablo Honey - Radiohead

Better than overrated In Rainbows, I guess... - UncleDave2703

19 Cold Lake - Celtic Frost

They went glam... - christangrant

20 Demonic - Testament
21 No Prayer for the Dying - Iron Maiden
22 Stomp 442 - Anthrax
23 The Final Cut - Pink Floyd
24 Curb - Nickelback

Nickelback are somewhat of a guilty pleasure-ish band for me (I enjoy some of their daft songs and find others genuinely good), but I didn't like their first album. Only memorable song in my opinion was 'Just Four', and even then it's spelled wrong (you're not supposed to spell it like the number 4), which was corrected by the 'Silver Side Up' version. - SuperSonic17

25 Diabolus in Musica - Slayer
26 Coda - Led Zeppelin

Not bad, but still not as good as some of their other works!

27 Affinity - Haken
28 Demolition - Judas Priest

I Don't find this bad but it is their weakest album - christangrant

29 Undisputed Attitude - Slayer
30 We Stitch These Wounds - Black Veil Brides
31 Temper Temper - Bullet for My Valentine
32 Virtual XI - Iron Maiden

How is this worse than No Prayer for the Dying? - Alkadikce

33 The Soft Parade - The Doors

Not bad but it doesn't stand out like their other releases. - cjWriter1997

34 Living Things - Linkin Park

What's so bad about this album? - LightningStrike

...I love this album - wrests

35 Year Zero - Nine Inch Nails
36 Open Up and Say... Ahh! - Poison
37 With a Little Help from My Fwends - The Flaming Lips
38 Gold - Cinderella
39 Chinese Democracy - Guns N' Roses
40 Extreme Behavior - Hinder
41 One More Light - Linkin Park

I knew this album was going to suck ever since I first heard 'Heavy'. Linkin Park really dropped the ball with this failed experiment, that bombed both in sales and critical reception, alienated fans of the 'Hybrid Theory' era, and just highlighted the band's arrogant nature to backhand criticism from the disappointed fans (myself included).
What a calamity. - SuperSonic17

Haven't you read the news? Chester found it as a personal attack.

42 After Laughter - Paramore

Now this album just sorely let me down. I quite liked 'Hard Times' on initial listen, and I was hoping for an enjoyably happy album that I could still headbanging to. Unfortunately it seems they forgot the punk-rock aspect that made them popular in the first place and went full on pop. Lack of energy and bland instrumentation lead to what is easily their most boring album yet. - SuperSonic17
