Along with "Dookie", this album helped bring punk to fame in '94. It's hard to imagine where would pop punk be without Green Day and The Offspring.
This album is better than all the albums above, especially "Pinkerton".

The Descendents' 1982 classic "Milo Goes to College" was the source of inspiration for the pop punk genre as well as the bands that helped create/popularize/revolutionize the genre in the 90's, such as NOFX, Green Day, The Offspring, Blink-182, MxPx, just to name a few.

Black Flag's first album "Damaged" needed to be on here because it was one of the sources of inspiration for many punk subgenres, such as hardcore and pop punk.
