Top 10 Albums that Should've Been Added to the Book "1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die"

The Top Ten
1 Reckless - Bryan Adams

How could they ignore this masterpiece. I just don't understand. Songs "Summer of '69", "Heaven", "Run to You" are phenomenal

2 True Blue - Madonna

Iconic superhits "Live to Tell", "Papa Don't Preach", "La Isla Bonita" and "Open Your Heart" can't be ignored. The whole album was so fresh for the 80's. Even nowadays it sounds great & intriguing

3 Permanent Vacation - Aerosmith

My personal favorite Aerosmith album. They added "Toys In the Attic", "Rocks" and "Pump" - all those albums are fantastic but I love "Permanent Vacation" the most.

4 Come on Over - Shania Twain

So many young country (and country-pop) singers are inspired by this Twain's masterpiece. Taylor Swift claimed this album as one of her biggest inspirations

5 No Need to Argue - The Cranberries

One of the best rock albums from the 90's, I think. It's not my personal favorite The Cranberries album but it's by far their most iconic one

6 Homogenic - Bjork

Bjork has 3 albums there...but this is her most iconic one. Why didn't they add "Homogenic"? I'm very surprised

7 Crimes of Passion - Pat Benatar

She was the BOMB in the 80's. Did people really forget her impact and influence?

8 Whitney Houston - Whitney Houston

They didn't include any Whitney Houston album. I'm shocked and angry

9 Kick - Inxs
10 Tropico - Pat Benatar
The Contenders
11 Paintings in Yellow - Sandra
12 Issues - Korn
13 Quadrophenia - The Who
14 American Idiot - Green Day
