Baby you're the greatest and this album is fantastic!

It's the best album ever heard, great sprock and a an unique voice. Without any doubt it is the greatest album ever released. - ashok

331 In the Court of the Crimson King - King Crimson

Well this is just bull. I remember seeing this at 140 about 2 months ago and thought it would be higher by now but 349?! This is the album that invented progressive rock. I would give this top 20. Not to mention it's very unique album artwork. Epitaph and the title track are both brilliant songs, along with all the other songs. Mooching inventing ambient music and 21st Century Schizoid man is just badass. Amazing album, definitely vote this up.

Along with 'The Doors', this is one of the finest debut albums ever made, and the benchmark for all subsequent Prog Rock music. Way ahead of it's time, totally innovative, Pete Townsend allegedly referred to this album as 'an uncanny masterpiece'. Should be much much higher, they don't come better.

Like honestly this is where a website that is voted publicly can go wrong. This is one of the greatest albums EVER CREATED it invented progressive rock and ambient music. Last time I saw it at 129 and I was pissed off but 335? man people are stupid.

I can't believe that this album is 311. That is ridiculous. I understand it's old, and I understand that most people are just here to vote for their favorite album and some band they've never heard of at 311 is not going to get their vote, but OPEN YOUR EYES HERE PEOPLE, and listen to this album. It covers such a wide variety of genres with such grace, and vocal (as well as lyrical) depth.

This is the best album of the band that was hailed by Rush and Pink Floyd as some of their main inspiration. King Crimson ushered in a whole new section of the musical era of the early 70's and 80's. They, plus iron butterfly, were some of the first to do what they did, and Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis and Jethro Tull followed suit.

In this album, they incorporate INSANELY FAST tempos with improvisation bliss as well as eargasmic ballads. It's awesome.

311? BS.

332 Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness - The Smashing Pumpkins

Without a doubt the greatest album ever everything a good album needs is here just an amazing emotional journey through amazement and wow I cannot say anymore just amazing.

This album is why people will still know the name Billy Corgan in 100 years.

They don't even know his name now. He isn't a household name. People remember the names when the band is named after someone in the band. They had some cool songs but no one will remember this band unless they go looking for it. - frankmartin

Breathtaking. There are none other like this. Invokes every emotion and embraces beauty throughout.

Why did this album rank so low it's one of the greatest albums of the 1990s it should at least be in the 30s on the list

333 Back to Black - Amy Winehouse

Sudden death of Amy caused a new wave of popularity for this album. True masterpiece - Irina2932

Yes Yes Yes!
I love Back to Black!

334 Brain Salad Surgery - Emerson, Lake & Palmer

After Trilogy this has to be their best - couldn't get into Tarkus but Pictures At An Exhibition also deserves a mention...

Hell Yeah! At least it's on the list, but should be A LOT higher. Probably, on the top 20

335 Made In Japan - Deep Purple

Highway Star, Space Truckin, Lazy, Strange Kind of Woman, Smoke on the Water. Enough said. From the loudest, hardest rockin band in the world

336 Homogenic - Bjork

Needs to be way higher

What?! This is considered to be one of the best albums of all time by one of the best artists! Have people already forgotten Björk?

337 The Open Door - Evanescence

I own it, I love it and can't stop listening to it! Amy rocks! Yes, there are other good albums on this list, I'll admit that, but this one rule!

This album should be higher up! It is one of the best albums you can listen to! Amy continues to grow what rock music can be!

I like all songs in this album. - BloodyMargarita

it is a multiplatinium album!!

338 Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded - Nicki Minaj

Nicki is the queen of rap. She's iconic. This is not my favorite, it's The Pinkprint, but this is iconic as well.

Just a good album

Meh. Not really...2/5 - AlphaQ

339 Ready To Die - The Notorious B.I.G.

One of my best albums. Songs like Juicy and Big Poppa make it a success. This album went Quadruple Platinum. Other tracks on this album are great like Warning, Everday Struggle, Suicidal Thoughts, and One more chance

340 Allied Forces - Triumph

Really good, probably the best triumph album, however doesn't have their best song (Hold On)
