The Contenders: Page 19

361 Elect the Dead - Serj Tankian

I have to admit, this beats out all system of a down albums

any given song on this album is better than the best song most other albums

empty walls - masterpiece
the unthinking majority - awesome
money - shocking
feed us - hardcore
saving us - extremely powerful
sky is over - an instant classic
baby - sweet instrumentals
honking antelope - one of the most underrated songs ever
lie lie lie - really catchy one of my favorite songs
praise the lord and pass the ammunition - one of my top five fav. guitar riffs
beetoven's c*** - absolutly epic
elect the dead - one of the most emotional songs ever

This album is incredible! It starts out with possibly my favorite song, followed by seven great songs six of which are simply genius, which leads into another one of my very very favorite songs, followed by awesome guitar, followed by two more incredible songs, one of which is one of my very favorites, this album rocks! - CaptainComedy17

362 Greatest Hits - Foo Fighters
363 Construct - Dark Tranquillity
364 Vespertine - Bjork
365 Dreaming Out Loud - OneRepublic

Dreaming Out Loud is probably my favorite album from OneRepublic. This album has incredible songs like Say (All I Need), Mercy, Stop And Stare, Apologize, and so much more. I cannot believe crap like the Carter and Bangerz is ahead of amazing stuff like Dreaming Out Loud. You people don't know real music, and the proof is that Dreaming Out Loud is at 880. GET THIS HIGHER!

366 Hunky Dory - David Bowie
367 Plastic Surgery Disasters - Dead Kennedys
368 Sad Wings of Destiny

Second album by British heavy metal band Judas Priest. Consistently excellent with phenomenal songs. A lot of them stand out, but their are no hits. Tons of replay value.

369 Somewhere in Time - Iron Maiden
370 The E.N.D. - Black Eyed Peas
371 The Velvet Rope - Janet Jackson
372 Mesmerize - System of a Down
373 Brothers - The Black Keys
374 Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys - My Chemical Romance
375 V - Maroon 5
376 Want - 3oh!3
377 In Utero - Nirvana

Bearing a more raw aesthetic than it's predecessor, Nirvana's "In Utero" surpasses "Nevermind" in almost all areas.

In my opinion, this album was even better than Nevermind. There's a lot of variety on this album, from the haunting sound of 'Dumb' to the raw screams of 'Scentless Apprentice'. This is just an amazing album, my favourite ever.

Even better than Nevermind, that's true.

It's as good as nevermind in my opinion. it's the definition of grunge: raw, dirty, and perfectly imperfect. the writing is more direct in this one, which makes the listener connect with the album on a different level. dumb is one of my favourite songs of all times, it captured kurt cobain so well.
