The Alien (also known as a Xenomorph XX121 or Internecivus raptus, or simply a xenomorph) is a fictional extraterrestrial species that serves as the title antagonist of the Alien film series. Most aliens are made with lack of creativity and end up looking like creatures we find on earth like: humans, bugs, robots etc.
But the xenomorph is a really outstanding idea of an alien with an interesting reproduction (such as parasites, but with a mother like a queen bee)
And then there is this double-mouth and the caustic blood.

I was really impressed by these movies and I think: the xenomorph is definitely my number 1 of alien-races in movies!
This alien species is completely unique within science fiction. There is no other alien that can surpass it in terms of creativity. Like Ash said: it's the perfect organism.

Those are one of the best aliens I've ever seen in a movie! Not to mention weird though. In one scene, they blew up Donut World! NOO!
