Most Ambitious Nintendo Characters

This is who I think are some of the most ambitious Nintendo characters. Some are good guys, neutral, evil. You can list anybody that's missing from other Nintendo games.
The Top Ten
1 Wario Wario is a character in Nintendo's Mario series who was originally designed as an antagonist to Mario. His motives are driven by greed and he will take the side of whoever will give him the most pay. Although he may seem like just a mean man with no heart, he does have a very tragic past.

Wario is the most well known ambitious Nintendo character because he's very prominent. He's not necessarily evil but he loves money and takes on heroic roles to gain it so he's more of a chaotic bad/neutral.

Your Number 1 choice...satisfies me greatly.

2 Pigma

Easily the worst Nintendo character ever. Such a traitor to both Star Fox and Star Wolf. Very unlikable. It gives me a satisfaction whenever I shoot him down while playing 64/Zero/Assault/Command.

Pigma is a former starfox character and a traitor. He then joins the Star wolf team but if eventually kicked out because they don't trust him. He then becomes a space pirate.

3 Captain Syrup

This list can't be complete without one of Wario's biggest arch rivals. Captain Syrup is just as ambitious and greedy as he is. They're usually battling back in forth for the treasure. Despite Wario taking her gold the first two times, she manages to outsmart him and defeat him in Wario Land Shake it.

4 K. Rool

DK's archenemy, he plans to take over DK island. He kidnaps the Kongs, mainly DK, and steals their bananas. He also tries to starve them in DK64.

5 Tom Nook Tom Nook, known in Japan as Tanukichi, is a fictional character in the Animal Crossing series who operates the village store.

Animal Crossing has no villains of bad people but he's usually labeled as greedy because he's the one who has access to all the monetary transactions. He makes you work for the money and sells you things from his store using your money.

6 Tingle

Tingle is a hoot he's weird, greedy, and power hungry. It doesn't help that his maps are incredibly expensive making him borderline extortionist.

7 Anna

Anna is the most recurring Fire Emblem character but she didn't land a playable role until Awakening where her personality has been more fleshed out since. She's usually associated with shops, formerly secret shops, but one thing is sure about her is that she knows how to sell and run a business. Anna and her sisters are very successful but if you catch one in distress they'll join your army and help you. She's also a really good commander in fire emblem heroes.

8 Redd

He's also from Animal Crossing but shows up every once in a while. When he does visit your town, if you visit his store he'll sell you a "rare" item but you have to watch out because a lot of the time they're fake items that have no value.

9 Charlotte

Charlotte pretends to be a sweet and fragile girl around other people, in particular men. Yet she's quite dynamic and reveals her true self when they're not around. Her best friend Benny knows her really well. She dreams of marrying a rich man, but despite being greedy she has sensible reasons for it.

10 King Dedede King Dedede is a fictional character and the primary antagonist of the Kirby series of video games owned by Nintendo and HAL Laboratory.

Dedede has many traits like being greedy, manipulative, mischievous, a bit of a glutton. However he resembles more of a rival than an (evil) enemy for Kirby because sometimes he does help Kirby.

The Contenders
11 Krystal (Star Fox)

Her characterization in Star Fox Command is a bit of a mess compared to that of her previous appearances; Depending on the ending, she either rejoins Star Fox or she doesn't, but thankfully, it has been confirmed that none of the endings are canon.
