As someone who loves music that is fierce and can get you all riled up, I've grown an appreciation to some of the intense and aggressive subgenres in punk and metal. In general, these are music genres that just make you want to mosh and headbang. As a result, the angry music can be super cathartic as well as very entertaining and awesome.So here are some of the most angriest subgenres in punk and metal that I and others enjoy for their ruthless agression. Feel free to add your own genres to this list as well.
The whole point of this genre thrives off aggression. It's abrasive, filthy and downright disgusting, just how anger should sound like.

Something in the likes of Pantera or Machine Head, where no f is given and we all just want to mosh to angry but groovy riffs

Mixing Thrash and Hardcore Punk, we get a subgenre that give us aggressive riffs, fast paced songwriting, and ferocious mosh material.
Whenever I hear something like Converge I get all riled up with the aggression and passionate anger displayed. When Metalcore isn't cheesed with the pop punk like choruses, you get some really angry and fun mosh tracks.
Something like His Hero Is Gone is sure to make me feel that anger that is layered with the sludgy punk riffs and aggressive vocals.
The deep and dirty guitar tones and the great heavy hitting riffs all unleashes anger in filthy badass fashion
