The Top Ten
1 Mosquito Spanish for "small fly," mosquitoes are insects that have been known to cause various diseases. A sample of diseases caused by mosquitoes: malaria, yellow fever, Chikungunya, West Nile virus, dengue fever, filariasis, Zika virus.

I live In Florida and mosquito are a big problem in my community! I don't go outside normally everyday because there's too much mosquitos out there!

Mosquitos can even kill you. I am just going to say it they kill over 1 million people.

I just 10 mosquito bites on my arms and 3 on my leg

2 Cockroach Cockroaches (or roaches) are a paraphyletic group of insects belonging to Blattodea, containing all members of the group except termites. About 30 cockroach species out of 4,600 are associated with human habitats. Some species are well-known as pests. ...read more.

4 Snake Snakes are elongated, limbless, carnivorous reptiles of the suborder Serpentes. Like all other squamates, snakes are ectothermic, amniote vertebrates covered in overlapping scales. Many species of snakes have skulls with several more joints than their lizard ancestors, enabling them to swallow prey much larger than their heads (cranial kinesis). To accommodate their narrow bodies, snakes' paired organs (such as kidneys) appear one in front of the other instead of side by side, and most have only one functional lung. Some species retain a pelvic girdle with a pair of vestigial claws on either side of the cloaca. Lizards have evolved elongate bodies without limbs or with greatly reduced limbs ...read more.

Snakes are NOT "intelligent." There is no evidence to indicate such. "Most of them are deadly." Actually, the overwhelming majority of snake species are harmless.

Snakes help control pest rodent populations. There is no need for them to be hated. Why does religion and popular culture see them as bad all the time?

They're not that bad... If anything, you're more likely to be bitten by a pitbull than any snake.

This reptile is influenced badly by religion and culture, they're not Satan you know.

5 Dog The dog or domestic dog (Canis familiaris or Canis lupus familiaris) is a domesticated descendant of the wolf, and is characterized by an upturning tail. The dog is derived from an ancient, extinct wolf, and the modern wolf is the dog's nearest living relative. The dog was the first species to be domesticated, by hunter–gatherers over 15,000 years ago, before the development of agriculture. Due to their long association with humans, dogs have expanded to a large number of domestic individuals and gained the ability to thrive on a starch-rich diet that would be inadequate for other canids. ...read more.

I found this on Reddit, dogs are honestly overrated if you ask me. There isn't much that I can say that hasn't been said already. I suppose I could say that they are everywhere, and a lot of people force their dogs on others. Apparently, people who dislike dogs are considered to be the same as the devil. Sometimes, these things can break a relationship. I don't even need to mention that a lot of people have been killed from them, especially when they bite. Some people are even insane enough to excuse the behavior, like saying that the dog loves them, or that they would never hurt someone. Look around on some groups on the internet, and you can even see some people punishing their kids for trying to defend themselves from the dog attacking them.

I love pit bulls and I feel like this is mainly talking about that breed, though I love all dogs (yes, even guard dogs) some are just raised differently and act different because of it.

Smelly, overrated and loud. They eat their own poop and vomit, then go and lick their owners face (which some people disgustingly ALLOW), yuck!

They're loud, smelly, neurotic, needy, have gross habits, badly behaved, spread disease and parasites, attack other pets and wildlife, rarely cleaned up after in public (despite everyone claiming to be a "good owner" somehow dog waste is still left everywhere), and too often forcibly shoved into our lives by their owners and dragged to places where dogs don't belong, including restaurants and even hospitals.

Sometimes they're violent- millions of people are bitten by a dog every single year, and they prefer to target children, disabled, and elderly since they can't defend themselves as well as a healthy adult. Victims of dog bites alone account for as much as 5% of all emergency room visits in the USA. They threaten the safety of family members, neighbors, friends, and workers far more than any other legal pet. Yet somehow the victims are always the ones blamed for these attacks.

Also there seems to be a growing trend of not training the dog properly or at all, ...more

6 Rat Rats are various medium-sized, long-tailed rodents of the superfamily Muroidea. "True rats" are members of the genus Rattus, the most important of which to humans are the black rat, Rattus rattus, and the brown rat, Rattus norvegicus.

That's right, it was the fleas' fault that the plague was caused, not the rats'. They can be intelligent and one of the few species capable of empathy, not the "evil twin of mice" that most people see them as.

"They didn't cause the Black Plague, that was fleas." And what was carrying the fleas? That's like saying it wasn't the fleas, it was the bacteria the fleas were carrying. Rats were the proximate vector.

Rats are the best like ya

7 Hornet Hornets are the largest of the eusocial wasps, and are similar in appearance to their close relatives yellowjackets. Some species can reach up to 5.5 cm in length.

Believe it or not some flies bite. It doesn't hurt much but when there is a lot of them it gets very annoying. I hate them!

9 Human Humans (Homo sapiens) are the most abundant and widespread species of primate, characterized by bipedalism and large, complex brains. This has enabled the development of advanced tools, culture, and language. Humans are highly social and tend to live in complex social structures composed of many cooperating and competing groups, from families and kinship networks to political states. Social interactions between humans have established a wide variety of values, social norms, and rituals, which bolster human society. Curiosity and the human desire to understand and influence the environment and to explain and manipulate phenomena have motivated humanity's development of science, philosophy, mythology, ...read more.

One word: Tumblr

10 Spider

But we need Spiders because without them we would have a worldwide insect-carpet. I rather see a Spider once in a while then not seeing the ground because of all the insects

My brother is 9 years old and he is very scared of spiders that aren't deadly!

They eat mosquitos. Therefore, they are my friends.

No words for how much they terrify me. after I look at one I get the CHILLS

Wasps are the epitome of blind rage. Nothing about them factors to be positive.

Not only are they agressive useless insects also they kill the insects we need to survive: Bees

I have a phobia of bee insects, so in that case, I hate wasps

I once got stung by those huge ones. It hurt.

12 Flea Flea, the common name for the order Siphonaptera, includes 2,500 species of small flightless insects that live as external parasites of mammals and birds. Fleas live by ingesting the blood of their hosts. Adult fleas grow to about 3 millimetres (1⁄8 inch) long, are usually brown, and have bodies that are "flattened" sideways or narrow, enabling them to move through their hosts' fur or feathers. They lack wings; their hind legs are extremely well adapted for jumping. Their claws keep them from being dislodged, and their mouthparts are adapted for piercing skin and sucking blood. They can leap 50 times their body length, a feat second only to jumps made by another group of insects, the superfamily ...read more.

Holy cow there are so many reasons why. They caused the plague, they carry diseases, are next to impossible to kill without medicine, and always jump on you.

13 Gnats

I HATE gnats! they are so annoying and provide absolutely nothing good for the enviroment

14 Skunk Skunks are mammals known for their ability to spray a liquid with a strong odor. Different species of skunk vary in appearance from black-and-white to brown or cream colored, but all have warning coloration.

They are just animals, they can't talk and say "leave me alone" so they have to do something else! Us people talk, like the Skunks spray.

Skunks are actually very gentle and playful with humans, they only spray you if you scare them, a lot of people have pet skunks

Screeching thirteenth, literally an irrelevant animal, no one likes it.

15 Crocodiles
16 Tick

Small parasitoids that may carry the virus TBE that will kill you by destroying your brain. If you are lucky and they do not carry the virus, you will get borrhelia within 10 days and you need to get penicillin. But they do not fly and as long as you keep away from flora and fauna, you are not likely to hunt you.

17 Worm

So crawly and gross and sometimes parasitic. The absolute worst animal ever.

20 Shark Sharks are a group of elasmobranch fish characterized by a cartilaginous skeleton, five to seven gill slits on the sides of the head, and pectoral fins that are not fused to the head. Modern sharks are classified within the clade Selachimorpha (or Selachii) and are the sister group to the rays. However, ...read more.

Jaws made people ignorant.

21 Hyena Hyenas or hyaenas are any feliform carnivoran mammals of the family Hyaenidae /haɪˈɛnᵻdiː/. With only four extant species, it is the fifth-smallest biological family in the Carnivora, and one of the smallest in the class Mammalia.

I am mad at The Lion King for giving these species a bad reputation. I strongly encourage everyone to boycott the film and be more educated about animals.

Thank you, The Lion King. Now these species is now endangered.

22 Tiger The tiger (Panthera tigris) is the largest living cat species and a member of the genus Panthera. It is most recognisable for its dark vertical stripes on orange fur with a white underside. An apex predator, it primarily preys on ungulates such as deer and wild boar. It is territorial and generally a solitary but social predator, requiring large contiguous areas of habitat, which support its requirements for prey and rearing of its offspring. Tiger cubs stay with their mother for about two years, then become independent and leave their mother's home range to establish their own. ...read more.

If you know the history of the white tiger you know why they're hated by most people. (Incest is wrong on many levels) However, not all white tigers are like that, and it's still possible for two, unrelated orange tigers to birth a white cub.

23 Raccoon The raccoon, sometimes spelled racoon, also known as the common raccoon, North American raccoon, northern raccoon and colloquially as coon, is a medium-sized mammal native to North America.
24 Coyote Coyotes are canines native to North and Central America. They are highly adaptable and can thrive in a variety of environments, from forests and grasslands to urban areas. Coyotes have a similar appearance to domestic dogs but are typically smaller in size, with a bushy tail, erect ears, and a pointed muzzle. They are opportunistic omnivores, feeding on a diverse diet that includes small mammals, birds, insects, and even plants. Known for their vocalizations, coyotes communicate using a range of howls, barks, and yips. They play a crucial role in ecosystems by controlling populations of rodents and other small animals.

People hate them for being a threat to their pets and livestock, but as long as you protect yourself, your kids, or your animals and keep them away from danger, then you won't have a problem with coyotes and other wild beasts. I say that dealing with a coyote shouldn't be any different from, say, a wolf or a fox.

25 Monkey Monkeys are haplorhine primates, a paraphyletic group generally possessing tails and consisting of approximately 260 known living species.
