Top 10 Best Moral Orel Characters

Moral Orel is an American stop-motion adult animated series that originally aired on Adult Swim from 2005 to 2008. The show is renowned for its dark humor and exploration of complex moral issues. It features a cast of characters grappling with their own flaws and struggles in a small, conservative town. The rich tapestry of complex and flawed individuals in Moral Orel reflects the complexities of the human experience. The show's exploration of morality, faith, and the dark underbelly of small-town life provides a poignant and often uncomfortable commentary on the state of modern society.

Since I took pleasure in watching this hidden gem of a show, and seeing how it got a relatively belated fandom, here are the top 10 best Moral Orel characters.
The Top Ten
Orel Puppington

The titular main character of the series, He's an optimistic devout religious boy who is always willing to do the right thing.

Innocent protagonist of the entire show. Might be one of the best protagonists I have ever seen, to be honest.

Clay Puppington

Orel's father, Clay is a hard-drinking, emotionally distant man who struggles to connect with his son and the people around him. Despite his gruff exterior, Clay is a complex character who is haunted by his past and struggling to find meaning in his life.

Doughy Latchkey

Orel's best friend, Doughy is a sympathetic character who is struggling to find his place in the world. His character is a commentary on the difficulty of growing up and the need for empathy and understanding.

Stephanie Putty

Honestly, this character really gives me the feels. I mean, she tells Orel to think for himself. She's very good at listening to Orel and his father and always tries to help them without any judgment. Above all, she's a great character.

She definitely deserves better friends in the past, though. I mean, Doughy's parents are nothing but childish low lives who definitely think that they're still teenagers. They not only literally neglect their kid, but tell him to fend for himself. Not to mention, when that girl kissed Stephanie and then broke her heart, it made me absolutely angry! I mean, can't they see that she's heartbroken at all!? They just see it as a joke! If I were her, I would beat both of their asses.

Stephanie may be rebellious, but she is supportive and is always there to lend a hand and an ear. That's why she is the best character in my opinion.
