1 Durarara!! Premiering in 2010, this anime series is an adaptation of a light novel by Ryohgo Narita. Set in Tokyo's Ikebukuro district, the show weaves multiple storylines involving supernatural entities and gang wars. The series has garnered a strong following due to its intricate plot and ensemble cast.

Definitely deserves an award in the annual sugoi grand prix (Madoka Magica also won an award from the sugoi grand prix)

2 Assassination Classroom Assassination Classroom is a Japanese manga and anime series created by Yūsei Matsui. The series debuted in 2012 and centers around a class of underachieving students who must kill their teacher, an octopus-like creature named Koro-sensei, to prevent him from destroying Earth. The show blends comedy, action, and drama in a unique educational setting. Assassination Classroom has garnered critical acclaim for its unique premise, character development, and emotional depth.

Love this anime to bits! It's really unique, the character development is amazing and the humor is spot on. Definitely recommend!

Right mixture of friendship, cute characters, comedy, and morals about bloodlust and revenge.

3 Attack On Titan Attack on Titan, also known as Shingeki no Kyojin in Japanese, created by Hajime Isayama, is one of the most popular Japanese anime series to be released. It was first watched in Japan during 2013 and was dubbed in English to be watched in America in 2014. It is best known for its emotional moments, apocalyptic setting, and its dramatic story line, and action packed scenes.

Very original characters and plot. Satisfies my love for intense animes.

4 Dragon Ball Super Dragon Ball Super is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation that began airing on July 5, 2015. It is a sequel show to the Dragon Ball manga and the first Dragon Ball television series featuring a new storyline in 18 years.

A very hilarious anime! And the current shogun assassination arc was EPIC! I mean there's too much hype and badass characters in this anime, and to be honest,(in my opinion) this is the first anime that doesn't have annoying and useless characters.

Hilarious Anime! More action now so it will get better.
