Chi-Chi is an anime fictional character from the anime series, Dragon Ball Z, created by Akira Toriyama. She’s annoying, but at least she gave birth to Gohan and Goten, who are awesome. Sakura gave birth to my second least favourite Naruto character after her, Sarada.

Sakura could be annoying but is not useless.
Chi-Chi and her are equally annoying, but since Sakura is one of the main characters, it’s even worse as she has far more screen time.
