The Contenders: Page 4
For a terrorist, it's not hard to believe she became one because it was terrorists who ruined her childhood. Not only were they responsible for her parents' deaths, but she had to fight for her basic necessities for little things such as bread in the chaos. Her childhood is probably the same as what all real life children in the Middle East have today. Now I feel poor for the children in the Middle East even more. They might be going through the same thing Minene is going through.
Can pretty much agree with this one. But I think Lucy had it even worse since Kouta actually forgot everything because of trauma and Lucy had to live with it through her life.
Watched his whole family die by the hands of someone he loved and cared for and saw as his best friend how is he not in this list.
She was abused by her mother, her father abandoned her, and then when she tried to hug her mom, her mom pushed her away. But Christa was still happy because that was the first time her mother even touched her. All Christa wanted was a good mother and then she had to hear her mom say "I wish you were never born" and then watch her get killed right before her eyes. Not to mention after that she was forced to change her name, leave her old life behind and join the military where she would find the love of her life and then watch her get taken right from her hands. Gosh, I just want to give her a big hug T-T
I'm a attack on titan fan too, I got to say that's hard
I felt so bad for her well reading her backstory she is my favorite anime characterV 1 Comment
He grew up believing himself to be a monster and knowing that he will never have a place in the Sohma family. His father never loved him and was often cruel and cold to him and his mother although she loved him was also afraid and overprotective of him to the point that she never let him leave the house much and would often not meet his eyes. She eventually committed suicide, something that Kyo believed was his fault and was blamed by his father for it as well as many acquaintances who considered his lack of crying as him not caring about his mother. His father became even more verbally abusive and eventually abandoned him by transferring guardianship to Kazuma who initially adopted him because of pity and guilt about his grandfather. Then the woman he had grown close to in childhood but had erased contact with for years died in a car accident in front of him because even though he saw the car coming,he was too afraid of revealing the Sohma curse to help her and she died after telling him ...more
He lost both parents at the age of 5 and was raised by his grandmother, who taught him the art of puppetry. He created two puppets in the likeness of his parents, hoping to discard the loneliness he felt. When he realized the puppets couldn't do that he turned cold and started having very little regard for human life. Poor guy!
Her parents were abusing and even after her brother saved her she got bullied at school. Then her only family that is her brother dies and she carried his body to the clinic. Even after these traumatizing events she's keeps on smiling
She was slaved by Vincent since her birth (June 25th)
She isn't my favourite character. But I agree though...
Her father(a priest) was kicked out from the church because of preaching(because he thought religion had adapted)There were times her family had no food and starved. So she had an encounter with Kyuubey and made her wish(she wanted everyone to listen to her dad). However, one day, Her dad knew what was actually going on. He went crazy, started drinking and killed her mom and sister Momo. Later he killed himself, leaving Kyoko alone. She had no one raising her. Mami's was also tragic(being in a car accident and her family died) - MLPFan
Man, I'm entirely, absolutely disappointed in Rumiko Takahashi for not revealing the rest of the true, canon information and details about Kikyo's whole entire past life before she and Inuyasha met initially and know each other. I entirely just wish Kikyo was shown as a little girl.
Kikyo's childhood past entirely should've been revealed back then before so I'll be able to know how is her childhood entirely similar to Inuyasha's past and how is her past different from Inuyasha's past. Shame on Rumiko Takahashi.
Man, I especially wanted to know about her parents too.
Mother practically gave her up. "We don't want you any more."
She was also thrown out a window by Akito.
Often left alone by her lawyer mother, she was forced to be raised by her former childhood friend's parents. She had to get a real job to support herself and didn't get a chance to finish high school. To make matters worse, she sees her mother on T.V., only to find out her mother denies her existance!V 1 Comment
Man. this one is kinda complicated. so basically this kanda dude was dead. like. dead. and then they did experiments on him. experiments. took his brain and planted it into another body so he can be a soldier with super power and stuff. without consent. erased his memory and . he woke up as a child with no memory. that's his "childhood". spent with this other guy who suffered the same damn fate. both are oblivious to the horrible experiment that has been done to them. every day they went through torture in order to invoke the superpower from their body. dude. 7 year old. 7 year old screaming in pain like 10 hours per day. since they got regenerative ability or whatever their wounds heal and then they suffer and the wounds heal and so on. . then his friend realized what has happened to them. what has been done on them. the friend got berserk. go insane. go psycho. the friend, his only friend, tried to kill him. dude tears him limb from limb. but this kanda guy wanted to live. ...moreV 1 Comment
Even Cana had a sadder childhood than Juvia.
Compared to everyone else's childhood in Fairy Tail, her backstory wasn't even tragic.
Juvia was neglected all her life because the rain always followed her around
Ever since his birth, he was always considered a shinigami and hated by everyone for his birth causing his mom's death, making people believe he killed his mom to be born. He was not a human killer but was considered one until Utsugi convinced he was the hope his mom passed on instead of being her killer. - SelfDestruct
All I will say is that he lost the entire family that adopted him. Watch episode 10 to find out the rest. - SelfDestructV 1 Comment
Shizuo was born with a "monstrous" strength, he also had anger issues.
And because of that strength, people were always so afraid of him and thought of him as a monster, and Izaya would constantly remind him of that and literally call him a monster. Shizuo always hated himself because of his strength and how he couldn't control it, he's also afraid of hurting the people he cares about.
He has a hard time controlling his strength, it's not his fault that he was born with it, that strength comes to his advantage many times and he's able to help others with it.. He just needs some lovins, a little cinnamon roll he is, no one understands how much love he really deserves.
It's bad enough to see your parents get killed in front of you but to see that happening at that little of age, is just beyond traumatizing. - SelfDestruct
