This list was sort of hard to rate, with all of the second seasons this winter. I based the ranking off of popularity, and how good they were. Of course, I haven't seen all of these series, but this list is subjective and I do expect it to change over time. Only anime that PREMIERED in the winter 2016 season are on this list, I did not count anime that aired into the winter season.
