How can this be at 36th position. Man this anime deserves a better shot. I mean come on! It's better than Many of the animes. The atmosphere is excellent, story and characters are amazing. And the concept is just brilliant.

It's a really good story of a guy hopelessly trying to get into Tokyo you to fulfill a promise to girl from his childhood all while managing an apartment full of beautiful girls who make life difficult for him filled with humor and heartwarming moments.
