Top Ten Anime With Beautiful Stories

Above all I think that the story makes the anime worth watching. Some of these anime inspired me a lot and took me somewhere else. If you're looking for such anime then I hope you find your answer in my list.

The Top Ten

1 Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood‎ Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is an anime series adapted from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga by Hiromu Arakawa.

Don't get me wrong, Fullmetal Alchemist was good, but this... There are no words t describe what a masterpiece this was. The ending was so well written, I cried for two hours after I finished it. They all finally found their happily ever afters.

Fullmetal Alchemist Br. managed to deliver the story much better then Fulmetal Alchemist. But then again I think Fullmetal Alchemist was a masterpiece. They somehow managed to perfect a masterpiece.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood‎ is so flawless is so many ways that it's hard to explain in words. Every character's personality is very unique. This version explains the story much better than Fullmetal Alchemist.

Definitely superior to Death Note. Why is Death Note on top anyway? I can name at least 10 anime better than DN such as Cowboy Bebop,Hunter x Hunter,Code Geass,Darker than Black,Stein Gate,Fate/Zero,Baccano!,Golden Boy,etc.

2 Death Note Death Note is a Japanese television drama series based on the manga series of the same name by Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata. The show is centered around Light Yagami - a promising highschooler and aspiring detective with a strong sense of "justice".

If you're not interested in anime based on mystery, this will change your mind. The main detective 'L' beats Sherlock Homes hands down. Over all the story is beautifully organized and complicated.

I've got to agree with the list. Thank god DBZ, Naruto or One Piece is not on top. They're just popular. Popularity and excellence are two completely different things. Death deserves to be on top.

Best anime in my opinion.

They way L observes things makes me feel kinda dum not noticing 'em. Amazing Anime! The best Ever!

3 Code Geass Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, often referred to as simply Code Geass, is a Japanese anime series created by Sunrise, directed by Gorō Taniguchi, and written by Ichirō Ōkouchi, with original character designs by manga authors Clamp.

Code Geass is not really a sad anime but when it ended I could not but cry 'cause I didn't want it to end.

4 Naruto Naruto is an anime and manga franchise Naruto, created by Masashi Kishimoto. The manga was later adapted into a television anime, which was produced by Studio Pierrot and Aniplex. It premiered across Japan on the terrestrial TV Tokyo and other TX Network stations on October 3, 2002. The first series more.

A long series and yet it's worth it. I got so attached to this anime that when it ended I felt like something very important was gone. But surely watching again is beyond question.

The best it has to be on top 1 for sure

5 Cowboy Bebop Cowboy Bebop is a 1998 anime television series animated by Sunrise featuring a production team led by director Shinichirō Watanabe, screenwriter Keiko Nobumoto, character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto, mechanical designer Kimitoshi Yamane, and composer Yoko Kanno.

Cowboy Bebop one of the best anime I've ever watched. It will surely stand the test of time and I must say this anime is far ahead of it's time.

6 Bleach Bleach is a Japanese anime series based on Tite Kubo's manga of the same name. Bleach adapts the first 54 volumes of Tite Kubo's manga series of the same name. In addition, 4 anime-original arcs were broadcast in-between and during the adaptations of original arcs of the manga. more.

The story is more beautiful and unpredictable than any other anime I've ever seen... Except for Death Note.

7 Claymore Claymore is a dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Norihiro Yagi. The series initially premiered in the now defunct Monthly Shōnen Jump in the May 2001 issue, but was moved to one of their sister magazines as the content was deemed too adult for Shōnen Jump’s target demographic.

Whoever watches this will admire the writer's imagination. The series is unpleasantly long. But if you start once you won't be able to stop. I suppose One Piece is as good as Naruto.

Is the best anime of all times

I'm 11 yrs old and I'm in the latest episode of one piece I just finished it in 2 months because once I started it I cannot stop watching it

The game was the best-selling PC game in 2004 and charted in national top 50 rankings several more times afterwards. Clannad has been adapted more.

When it comes to sad anime Clannad is number one. The characters lead such an innocent life in a small town that it would bring some changes to anyone personality. The weird part is every single person there has a unnecessarily sad story.

Clannad is a great anime. But it's not just the story that makes it one of the best, the way it captured the emotion of the characters is ultimately the reason that brings tears to your eyes.

HOW is HxH this low in the list..This is one of the works that practically MADE the shouen genre what it is today.. Everything about HxH is amazing, there's all kinds of great messages in it too, the Boy who is bravely looking for his father and following in his footsteps, the great friendships, the weight of loss, mafia and how they can destroy a human being, the need for vengeance and what it can do to a person, racism, how deadly a weapon of mass destruction can be, poverty and crime, the food pyramid and how cruel it can be, how big the world can be and how infinite the universe is, love and sacrifices, forgiveness, adventure, determination...(I can do this all day long by the way, lol).
Anyway, I can only assume HxH is at this particular rank because not as many people actually warched/read it as it deserves. So if you're one of those people...GO AND GIVE IT A TRY!...NOW!

Come on! Clannad After Story is better than Clannad, isn't it. SO IT SHOULD AT LEAST ON TOP TEN.

Mother's Rosario touched me the most out of all the arcs so far.

20 Baccano! Baccano! (バッカーノ!), which Narita translates as 'stupid commotion', is Italian for 'ruckus'. An ongoing light novel series with over twenty volumes published, it takes place across three eras – the early 1700s, 1930s, and 2000s – and presents its story arcs in anachronistic fashion. Though more.

More people need to watch this anime. It has one of the best plots in anime history, and every character is likable. Anyone who likes things like Death Note or SAO needs to watch this.

24 Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
