I don't mind Naruto, but my God, the term Narutards has come to define most of the fan base. I'm just glad there are some logical Naruto fans out there.

Excluding School Days, all these anime may have bad fan bases, but they are still pretty good anime nonetheless!

Is this the person who made this list an anime hater?

Why is ModernSpongeBobSucks the only one with comments in this list

2 Sword Art Online Sword Art Online is a series of Japanese light novels written by Reki Kawahara and illustrated by abec. In 2012, it received an anime adaptation produced by A-1 Pictures and the SAO Project, and is directed by Tomohiko Ito . The first season is divided into two arcs known as "Aincrad" and "Fairy Dance". It has also received a second season, titled Sword Art Online II.

You do realize I am a huge fan of Sword Art Online, right? You're only saying the fanboys are bad and the anime is overrated, right? You're not saying these anime (excluding School Days) are bad, right? Most of them are still good, right?

If this is calling me bad just because I am a fan of Sword Art Online, I don't know what to say about this list.

I love Sword Art Online, but I do admit some fanboys are too rabid sometimes.

This is so offensive to me on so many levels.

3 Pretty Cure
4 Nichijou Airing in 2011, Nichijou is a Japanese anime based on a manga by Keiichi Arawi. Unlike typical plot-driven shows, it focuses on the surreal and comedic daily lives of three high school girls. It gained praise for its inventive animation techniques and absurdist humor.

I honestly don't know how this has fans.

Oh god I hate the ending

6 One Piece One Piece is a manga franchise created by Eiichiro Oda. The manga has been adapted into an original video animation (OVA) produced by Production I.G in 1998, and an anime series produced by Toei Animation, which began broadcasting in Japan in 1999 and has aired 851 episodes to date.

Oh boy, One Piece has got to be the WORST FANBASE of all time. I don't need to even explain, because this fanbase has not one but 100 reasons to be the most trash fanbase ever. The fans are bunch of pseudo cool, wannabe, we're - better - than - you people and the worst of all, will always find the excuses for the faults in their anime, the same faults for which they will basically bully a certain anime and the entire fans of it to death (you know which anime I'm talking about), and always ever spit venom needlessly against that one anime and fans, without ever actually watching it. One Piece doesn't needs any more reason to be the worst fanbase ever. The only people who always make what little love I get for the anime, completely destroy and vanish and actually make me hate the anime itself, are the fans of this series. One Piece is a good anime with the worst, most horrible and idiotic fanbase of all time.

Most black people are a fan of DBZ and they're not the over hyped fanbase in all of the black community

10 Deadman Wonderland Deadman Wonderland is a Japanese manga series written by Jinsei Kataoka and illustrated by Kazuma Kondou, who also wrote and illustrated the Eureka Seven manga, and published in Shōnen Ace since 2008.
The Contenders
11 Mobile Suit Gundam

This is my favorite anime franchise but the fandom can be quite annoying at times. Why? They bash on SEED and SEED Destiny way too much even over 10 years after the two series ended and the Universal Century Purists think that every AU Gundam series is terrible because they aren't part of the UC universe.

12 Lucky Star Lucky star is an anime that first aired (april 8th, 2007 to September 16th, 2007) in Japan. The anime follows the daily lives of Konata Izumi, Kagami and Tsukasa hiiragi, and Miyuki Takura. The show is best known for the cute "moe" characters. The target audience is shouen.

"They're such cutie pies! How could you all hate them?! " "So cute! moe moe kyun! ", etc...
Seriously?! Only for being cute! Konata defined moe as "Clumsy and sexy" once. How is THAT cute?!

15 Gurren Lagann Gurren Lagann, known in Japan as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, is an anime series animated by Gainax and co-produced by Aniplex and Konami. It was also directed by Hiroyuki Imaishi and written by veteran playwright Kazuki Nakashima.

Sounds like MSBS is really justifying this anime's inclusion on this list. He just got extremely defensive over someone saying an anime has a bad fanbase, like that is really a detractor to it's quality (no one calls Undertale, Slayer, or Stevem Universe because their fans are horrible, do they? )

Sheesh, does the person who made this list hate anime? Although I do admit the fan base can get intense, Gurren Lagann is still an epic masterpiece in my opinion. The anime is great, just not the fan base.

You just can't truly appreciate anime for the art it is, can you, DynastiNoble? Only the fans are bad, but most anime series are actually good.

Teen pop also has some of the worst fan bases of all time. AKA Beliebers, One Directioners, Nicki Minaj Barbies, Miley Cyrus fans, etc.

16 Kantai Collection

How ironic. I was the one who hated this list in the first place, yet I'm also contributing to it as well. Funny, huh?
