Most Annoying Animated TV Villains and Villain Teams
Hello guys, it's the Cartoon Critic with my first top ten.In cartoons, we always know there is gonna be a villain. Sometimes they are pretty threatening, other times they are just plain annoying. These are my pick on the top ten most ANNOYING T.V. villains. Most of them will be pretty self explanatory if you've every seen the show, but I'll leave my opinion anyway. Also, do me a favor and skip down to the bottom of my list as quick as possible so the number one villain isn't spoiled.
Prepare for trouble! And make it double! To protect the world from devastation! To unite all peoples within our nation! To denounce the evils of truth and love! To extend our reach to the stars above! Jessie! James! Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light! Surrender now, or prepare to fight! Meowth! That's right!
These guys need to go. They've been in the show for too long, they make it less enjoyable, they're completely predictable, they're complete idiots, they're not even in the games anymore, and it seems like the writers have started shoving them into episodes just so they have them in there without even bothering to give them a role that actually makes sense. Not to mention the fact that they take screen time away from the new regional villains (which is currently Team Flare). I think I make a pretty good case here.
To be honest, I think Meowth should be the main villain. Just get rid of those crybabies Jessie and James and leave Meowth as the main villain.

For those of you who watch the Mixels, you already know why these guys are #1 on my list. But for those of you who don't, count yourselves lucky. These guys are the reason I can't stand this show.
I may be a very big fan of the show and sets, but these annoying little uncreative black and white jerks have really got to go, King Nixel, their leader is just as bad!
Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz is a fictional character and the primary antagonist of the animated series Phineas and Ferb. I know most of you want to argue about this choice, but I have my reasons. His raspy voice is one, his ridiculous inventions making fun of his intellect are another, and the line his says to perry is my final reason.
He has such a sad backstory. I mean- his parents didn't even show up for his birth!

Fans of the series know why I put this spoiled brat on the list. All Robin had to do was go on one date with Kitten. To be honest, if I were him and I knew what she was like, I would have let the moths eat jump city than go on a date with this brat.

Trixie Lulamoon, is a female unicorn pony and traveling magician. She tends to speak in the third person and refer to herself as "The Great and Powerful Trixie". Bragger are always annoying. For those of you who haven't seen the series let me explain the episode. So, a powerful magician named "The Great and Powerful Trixie" comes to Ponyville to brag her tail off. Her first challenger is Rainbow dash who asks her to try and fly faster than her. So you think Trixie would use magic to make her lighting fast. But no! She make rainbow dash look like a complete idiot. Then, Varety comes to challenge her to a beauty contest. You think she would use magic to make herself look like a pony shaped diamond. But no! She uses her magic to literally turn Varety's Maine into a rat's nest.
The Ice King is a character in the American animated television series Adventure Time. A supposedly evil wizard capable of creating and manipulating ice and snow, he is the self-proclaimed king of the Ice Kingdom, a land of ice he claimed as his own and lives in in company of many penguins. I don't really like this show, but to be honest, he's not even evil, he's just a pitiable loser who needs some love. Finn and Jake are the true villains
Ok, it's like this guy has a mental illness. Ironically, he does... Sort of. They crown he wears makes him insane, and it doesn't help that he has the hots for all the pretty princess's in Ooo.
Well... He did help Marceline.
We can all agree this guy disurves a punch to the stomach. Plus, he does the most unforgivable things. Lets see, he abused a piglet, put three people out of their jobs, kicked an old man out of his home, just naming a few things.
This kid's a punk!
He really needs to be in jail forever, His greed and stupidity really soared off in the holiday episode, Him teaming up with the other terrible bad guys of this great animal show for kids, He should be eaten by a pack of raptors
I can't believe people actually like that show I can't stand it it's so boring start watching better shows like lost heroes or the 100 or if you're into animated shows. Try watching South Park Naruto regular show fairytale etc.
He is dumb genius trying steals animals and turn them into robots, Also steal the Wild Kratts Stuff. He keeps forget animals names all the time. He is insane,selfish and gently. His voice is so annoying.
Why can't she be number 1 instead of Team Rocket? At least Team Rocket was kind of funny. Morbucks was such a spoiled brat it was impossible to like her.

All of you x men fans are probably wondering why I put the brotherhood on this list. Well, minus avalanche, the brotherhood on this show are either obnoxious or just plain annoying. The worst is Quicksilver because he so annoying he gets on his team members' nerves.
If you don't know who the hell Bluto is, he's that buff sailor guy that always tries to steal Popeye's girlfriend, Oliveoil. I mean, I'd get it if they weren't a couple, but they are, so why can't he leave her alone.
Alexander "Lex" Luthor is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Became president just to annoy superman
Swiper is the main antagonist in Dora the Explorer, appearing in nearly every single episode. He is a sneaky orange fox. I hate Drakken so much and he has stupid hair
Squidward Tentacles is a fictional character voiced by actor Rodger Bumpass in the American animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants. This guy is annoying just cause of the fact that he is the only one on the show that's not a dumbbutt. The thing that makes annoying is that he just yells at everyone and hates his job. What I don't get is why he doesn't just quit his job at the Krusty Krab.
Angelica Pickles is a cartoon character who appears in the Nickelodeon shows Rugrats, All Grown Up!, and Rugrats Pre-School Daze, and is among one of the series' original characters.
