Despite the songs being the best part about this show, the animation is terrible and the characters weren't interesting.

Actually this show was very educational and I think people just hate it because of the characters and songs.

Without school and science you couldn't type that comment. Be lucky you can.

4 Super Why! Super Why! or The Reading Adventures of Super Why! is an American-Canadian children's CGI animated show developed by Angela Santomero and Samantha Freeman Alpert. The series is produced by New York City-based Out of the Blue Enterprises and Toronto-based DHX Media through its Decode Entertainment division. I can't even imagine that this show was made by the people who made Blue's Clues! Blue's Clues was a great show, and Super Why was horrible!

I have a very good reason for not liking that show. After they run into a problem, dramatic music plays and it sounds so uncomfortable.

Not as annoying in older seasons, but when you get to Season 3...it's plain POOPY cringe!

5 Bob The Builder Bob the Builder is a British children's animated television show created by Keith Chapman. In the original series, Bob appears in a stop motion animated programme as a building contractor, specialising in masonry, along with his colleague Wendy, various neighbours and friends, and their gang of anthropomorphised work-vehicles and equipment. The show is broadcast in many countries, but originates from... read more

Remember Bob the Builder: Project Build It? Here's what the theme song of that show should have been but wasn't:
Bob the Builder,
Project Build It.
Bob the Builder,
No we can't!

I prefer Dig & Dug with Daisy. 1994.
But they cancelled it!
People only know the words Dig & Dug as some Nintendo game.

Just ugh which is funny as I get kick out of diffrent handy man from disney.

6 The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That! The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! is a Canadian/British/American co-produced animated television series that premiered August 7, 2010 on Treehouse TV in Canada, on September 6, 2010 on PBS Kids in the US and also in the UK on CITV and Cartoonito. I can't believe that I actually enjoyed this when I was little, first of all, the song is as annoying as heck, the kids act really dumb and need a cat who puts them in danger to teach them anything.

This show really did a bad job teaching kid Sh##. It would usually teach kid stuff that they already knew.

This show really pisses me off whenever I see this. I can't believe they still air this $h! +.

7 Teletubbies Teletubbies is a British pre-school children's television series created by Ragdoll Productions' Anne Wood CBE and Andrew Davenport, who wrote each of the show's 365 episodes. It is owned by Canadian Studio WildBrain, which is the largest independent Children's and Adolescent's Film Studio

I know at least it's not in black and white on the T.V. because on YouTube I watched the theme song in black and white and it's scary that I had nightmares. My nightmare: the creepypasta characters and the black and white sun and teletubbies were trying to kill me

Since PBS has the least to do with this show, please take it off the list. Was distributed by BBC and was one of their rare mistakes.

It would look different if it was aired during black-and-white television era.
This show was cute.

8 Dinosaur Train Dinosaur Train is an American/Canadian/Singaporean children's animated series created by Craig Bartlett, who also created Hey Arnold!. The series features a curious young Tyrannosaurus rex named Buddy who, together with his adopted Pteranodon family, takes the Dinosaur Train to explore his time period, and have adventures with all kinds of dinosaurs. It is produced by The Jim Henson Company in association... read more

If you want a good show with dinosaurs, then go watch Dinosaur King. It teaches a lot of things about a lot of things., this teaches kids nothing.

Also, I hope Max, Rex and Zoe from Dinosaur King banish this show from America, and then decide to use Chomp, Ace and Paris to wreck the train.

My god my little sister loves watching this show and I am so annoyed. They're trying to rip off Dinosaur Office instead change office into train and make it more educational. What a worse show I ever seen in my life.

I cringe at some of the evolutionary junk thrown in like fact. Not to mention the one dino is a predator and doesn't know the rest of his family would really technically be his food. Weird.

9 WordWorld WordWorld is an American CGI animated television series that debuted on PBS Kids. It was created by Don Moody, Jacqueline Moody, Peter Schneider and Gary Friedman. WordWorld was produced by The Learning Box and WTTW-TV. The series premiered on September 3, 2007 and ended on January 17, 2011 with 45 episodes and 3 seasons.

Retarded animals that sing stupid annoying songs about words. Need I say more? Toddlers will need help with words, but they don't need this monstrosity. Abomination all around.

To the one who suggested that they need to go to hell:

"You're the one who needs to go there because of biased you are against them. I may not love them. But they're not the worst characters of all."

They don't even how to make things right! Using words, putting them together, and it forms into something! That's so wrong. They don't even have the right education!

10 Ready Jet Go! Ready Jet Go! is a CGI animated television series created by Craig Bartlett which premiered in the United States as part of the PBS Kids block on February 15, 2016 . The series is produced by Wind Dancer Films and Snee Oosh, Inc. in cooperation with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The show is aimed at kids ages 3 to 8. On August 17, 2016, PBS Kids announced that Ready Jet Go! has been renewed for... read more

Show is somewhat decent; really dives deep into astronomy, however, the show tends to tether on cringy and just pure obnoxious with the putrid musical scores that sting your ears in a deafening roar of a death scream. The blood curling sensation present underneath my skin whenever any one of the characters breaks out into a musical score is just the tip of the ice berg, as my doctor's prescriptions for all the sores don't seem to be working. Also the animations are quite dull really and unappealing to the average viewer, same applies to the overall plots in most episodes. Would I recommend it? Meh, just get an astronomy pop up book at a local library or something, I dunno.

I actually watched this show - I thought it would be annoying and I didn't expect it to be watchable. This show has proved me wrong on that. It's not only educational but it's fun! Ready, Jet, Go is amazing for children and parents who love astronomy and our solar system.

Jet's pet is called Sunspot - he's my favorite.

I checked all kinds of astronomy websites - and every thing on Ready, Jet, Go is factual. And there's astronomer Amy Mainzer who is on the live action parts after the episode. Amy tours NASA labs, Hubble telescope, and the like.

I highly recommend this show.

The Contenders
11 Arthur Arthur is a Canadian/American animated educational television series for children, created by Cookie Jar Group and WGBH for PBS.

How wrong you are, TopTenJackson. Arthur is as dumb as hell because most of its characters are jerks. But the reasons that I hate it are its parodies. It's like Marc Brown;s trying to hard to make Arthur more interesting. Plus, I don't know why he makes fun of stuff that have already been created. It's pretty stupid of him to do that.

All the characters are just constant stereotypes and it has way too many pop cultural references in it, and DW is such a brat! I know I used to love this show, but I don't anymore!

12 Martha Speaks Martha Speaks is an American-Canadian children's animated television series based on the 1992 children's book of the same name by Susan Meddaugh, about a talking dog named Martha (voiced by Tabitha St.

That dog is annoying! When she started talking she was annoying. I think Helen was right about Wishing that Martha wouldn't have spoke in the first place! If only Helen stopped feeding alphabet soup to Martha to make her stop talking!

Right you are, rippetoe38. It's true that Martha can be annoying at times. But her program's the most realistic series on PBS Kids.

I used to be obsessed with this show but I can now accept that its overrated garbage!

13 Boohbah Boohbah is a British children's television programme created by Anne Wood. It premiered on 14 April 2003 on ITV in the United Kingdom, followed by its Nick Jr.

You'll understand why I voted for it. Just watch a video and look it up and see... Can't get my head around it... It's just weird stuff running around... What is the plot... I think I know, oh never mind...

My best friend from high school was terrified of these things. For Halloween 2010, he bought a doll of the orange one and painted a scary grin on it.

Five uncircumcized penises who communicate with squeaks and cracks that move by farting perform colorful satanic rituals.

14 Peg + Cat Peg + Cat is an American/Canadian animated children's television series based on the children's book "The Chicken Problem", which was published in 2012. The series is created by Billy Aronson and Jennifer Oxley and produced by The Fred Rogers Company and 9 Story Entertainment. It debuted on most PBS stations on October 7, 2013, as part of the revamped PBS Kids brand... read more

Oh! I remember what it was that I hated this show was. It was every time Peg said "WeVe GoT a BiG pRoBblEm!" It was mainly the music in the background every time she said that. But still! This show is beyond AWFUL! The animation LITERALLY looks drawn by a kid, the characters are annoying, especially Peg. Whiny brat who overreacts over every little thing + stupid cat with an abysmal voice. That is the meaning behind the title. The theme song is stupid and effortless. The show tries to be something big and loved by the whole world, but it's really not. It's just ugliness as the cover, and huge annoyingness when you watch it. If you want examples of something big and loved by the whole world, watch Star vs. The Forces of Evil, Steven Universe, and the Simpsons. Those shows are masterpieces.

This show is just trash. Whiny brat that overreacts about every little thing + retarded blue pet with annoying voice. Yeah Peg + Cat alright. The theme song is cringe. Even the title itself is just stupid.
The animation is badly drawn, the characters are crybabies, the music is disturbing, and the songs are annoying. And too many minor characters. Easily a horrible show.

15 Pinkalicious & Peterrific

The one I just saw part of the little boy is riding his scooter inside, annoying everyone with honking, even causing his parents to ruin the projects they are working on when he startles them. No one is saying "that's an outside toy, go play outside". Then he starts singing a song and the message to the viewer seems to be that his annoying honking is a lovely song to him and everyone else should pay attention to his wonderful song. The larger message is "kids, whatever you do, no matter how rude or annoying, is great and everyone else should just see how amazing it is and join you". Sarcastic conclusion: I can't wait for kids who learn these lessons to join the adult world. I bet they'll be emotionally healthy and just a pleasure to be around. What a healthy society we're all creating!

I love this show ngl! I also watched an episode. everyone thinks she is like caillou, but at least she learns her lessons, and understands them. Caillou is just a whiny brat who is really annoying. Everyone has to learn that too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
Now I will have this as a reminder and isolate myself from screen time more often. Thank you, Pinkalicious!

16 Wordgirl WordGirl is an American children’s animated television series produced by the Soup2Nuts animation unit of Scholastic Entertainment for PBS Kids.

I've always wanted to know why the monkey is in a diaper.

Weird and a ugly girl monkey solve crimes that stop nothing the should be called dumb girl

I like the show but not wordgirl or Becky because she's bossy, stubborn, boastful thinks she's so smart but she knows baby words that's all I like captain huggyface better even the villains are nicer than her

17 The Magic School Bus The Magic School Bus is a Canadian/American Saturday morning animated children's television series, based on the book series of the same name by Joanna Cole and Bruce Degen. It is notable for its use of celebrity talent and combining entertainment with an educational series. Broadcasting & Cable said the show was "among the highest-rated PBS shows for school-age children." On June 10, 2014, Scholastic... read more

I don't hate this show, but is has flaws that drive me crazy.

1. What Grade are These Dim-Wits?
What grade are these kids anyway? In 1st grade, I knew the answers to so many scientific questions that the class was stumped about. They look like 4th or something. Dim-witted 4th graders. (I'm in 5th).

2. How Sex Works?
Um.., there's an episode about how hens lay eggs, and how the egg needs to be fertilized and stuff. It actually showed the egg coming out of the hen!

3. Ms. Frizzle's Unknown Power
Ms. Frizzle can do amazing things and tells no one about it! She could cure all diseases, and everything! But she chooses to tell no one.

4. Putting Studests in Danger?
Sometimes there are times when the class is in grave danger! Well, I guess that's what maked it non-boring

5. Kids Driving a Bus?!?
Well, I guess Little Einsteins don't have a NASA liscence, but drive a spaceship.

-Emberflight, a tawny Abbyssinian she-cat (I'm a Warrior cat fan)

18 Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood is an American-Canadian animated children's television series that debuted in 2012. This show is absolutely the worst. All the characters are sooo annoying. These children are spoiled and get tantrums over everything. Their voices make me shriek. Look at their faces when he imagines it looks like crap. I grit my teeth so hard whenever this show is played.

I HATE THAT SHOW! The characters are annoying as hell! The animation is crappy! They sing like every two seconds! It's annoying! Whenever That show comes on I just want to grab a machine gun and shoot the T.V.! F YOU! Fred Rogers!

Stupid insult to Mr. Rogers.
It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood, until Mr Rogers died. Daniel sucks. Put on Mr Rogers reruns instead.

19 Elmo's World Elmo's World is a five minute-long segment shown at the end of the American children's television program Sesame Street.

Elmo needs to get into the road and let Crow Hogan run him over.

We've had enough Sesame Street. Now we have THIS? Again, too many spin-offs.

What's bad about it?

20 Nature Cat Nature Cat is an educational American-Canadian children's animated comedy adventure television series.

I know I've commented here before, but I'll comment again. I used to love this show this show when I was young. I used to be OBSESSED with it. But now, growing up, I can't believed I loved this show so much! This show is just plain annoying. The characters are stupid, and the music, oh my goodness... I also have a younger brother who likes this show. Thank god he doesn't always force me to watch this annoying trash with him (I'd say the C-R word, but my parents don't allow it) and constantly beg by saying "please" every time I say no. Thank god he NEVER does that. I'll make sure he never sees this list and, even if he does, I'll make sure he does not go to 23. Wild Kratts is WAY better. At least he watches that show more.

Can't believe they cancelled Wordgirl for this. Wordgirl did get bad when season 3 ended but it wasn't horrible. This is just crap. They have an episode where these birds thought a scary kite was a real mouse What. And just because of this, now I can't watch Arthur after school and I usually miss the first episode of Odd Squad. Cancel this now. This is as retarded as WordWorld and return to the normal schedule or bring back The Magic School Bus or else I'm switching to Gaming.

21 Splash and Bubbles Splash and Bubbles is an American computer-animated children's television series created by John Tartaglia.

Boring. Never liked it

Oh well I'm a reef

22 Maya & Miguel Maya and Miguel is an American animated television series that aired from 2003 to 2007. It was created by Deborah S. Sanchez. The series centers on the lives of two Hispanic-American twins, Maya and Miguel Santos.

The only character I hate is Maya, when there is a problem, she gets an idea by saying "Eso es! " while her hair bobbles light up and tries to help out, but only making things worse.

The person who hates Maya, your wrong! This T.V. show was my favorite show when I was little

I don't get it where there is people that hate this show!

23 Curious George Curious George is an American animated television series based on the children's book series of the same name which features Jeff Bennett as the voice of The Man with the Yellow Hat.

At least it's better than Barney and friends and Caillou.

Curious George does NOT deserve a spot on this list!

Actually, his name is Michael.

24 Tom and Jerry Tom and Jerry is an American animated series of comedy short films created in 1940 by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Best known for its 161 theatrical short films by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, the series centers on a rivalry between the title characters Tom, a cat, and Jerry, a mouse. Many shorts also feature several recurring characters.
25 Sesame Street Sesame Street is a long-running American children's television series, produced by Sesame Workshop and created by Joan Ganz Cooney and Lloyd Morrisett.

I hate it so much. It's annoying. The designs are trash. I hate Cookie Monster the most. All the characters suck, the songs are annoying, too many stupid movies and pointless spin-offs...just ugh. Shall I go on about this show?

Not all Sesame Street is childish and stupid. Sure, there are parts of it that I loathe. But I can handle most of it.

This show is so freaking overrated. It's stupid, and Arthur deserves WAY better. Thank god Arthur is still first!
