Most Annoying Types of Elitists

I totally agree on this one. Metal elitists are always bashing on you, on what you do, what you like, what you say etc. If you listen to those band that they call UNTRVE. They refuse to understand that metal genres (or bands) they don't like are metal, and if you say so, even if it's true, they'll call you ignorant. If you listen to a band that is not underground or non underground, but only Extreme metal, and you listen to a famous band, you'll get elitists calling you :
"POSER!"
"SCENE KID"
"WANNABE METAL FAN!"
and many others like this.
What elitists don't know is that they are the real ignorant, and that they won't receive a prize for calling you poser, they are the real reason why metalheads are hated by most of people.
Elitists should learn this: it's better to love the bands you like, than bash the ones you dislike and their fans. You're only wasting time doing this.

Wolphert I checked your lists. I especially appreciated your Top Ten U.F.O. list and I found interesting your Iron Maiden lists and your music preferences in general. However, I have to tell you that I find shallow and overrated some bands you mantioned. I'm referring to Metallica, Offspring, Megadeth, Slayer and Children of Bodom. Their lyrics suck and they have nothing beautiful or intriguing to offer. I wish you could change my mind... However I don't think that is possible. The tracks I have listened to from these bands (which are not few) are pure overrated garbage. I hope I didn't make you cringe with my criticism. I found your lists very very interesting, that's all and I wanted to comment on them. Actually, you have a quality in you.

Definitely. They rip on everyone else's tastes and go on forever about how many sub-genres there are and how open minded they think they are. Closed off losers in my opinion.

Pop elitists are just as bad. You should have just put "music elitists".
