Alright she did not outright say that she hated the song but she said that she did not like the stereotypes it has.
Definitely not one of their biggest hits, Tai Shan is often labeled Rush’s worst song. Two people in this camp happen to be two of the three members of the band that did it. Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson have both voiced displeasure with the song.
This song is about a trip to China that Neil Peart, their drummer, had taken prior to the recording of Hold Your Fire.
Still, with Neil passing away in January 2020, it makes one wonder if Geddy and Alex feel the same way about it.

@ChaoslordG1 yeah, I heard about this, it just wasn't on my mind somewhy when I made this list... god bless Dio that he didn't destroyed it, it is a great masterpiece, and hardly poppy... at least, not more poppy than the Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne
