Probably the biggest cheat in sports history. Used drugs since the 90s, which helped him to win seven Tour De France titles, which he lost as a result of being caught. Still think his lifetime ban as a result was a little too harsh though...

I was disappointed... He said it's impossible to win Tour De France without doping.
