An incredible sniper, he fought for the Finnish during the winter war. He sat in zero degree temperature and took out Russians. He didn't use a scope so they couldn't see sun glare, put ice over his mouth to prevent steamy breath, and was nicknamed "the white death" for his white uniform in the snow.
Russian counter snipers and whole brigades of men were sent after him, and all of them came back dead. He was put into a coma from a bullet to the jaw, and eventually found out he had killed an estimated 500 soldiers (although he also used an SMG, so he likely had more.) Also, "white death" is probably the coolest nickname ever.
