23 Good Charlotte (Pop-Punk)

Honestly everyone I know classifies all pop-punk artists as emo

24 Skillet (Alternative Rock) Skillet (Alternative Rock) Skillet is an American Christian rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee in 1996 and based in the United States.
25 Pierce the Veil (Post Hardcore) Pierce the Veil (Post Hardcore) Pierce the Veil is an American post-hardcore band from San Diego, California. Pierce The Veil is an American Post-Hardcore formed in San Diego in 2006

26 All Time Low (Alternative) All Time Low (Alternative) more.
27 Weezer (Alternative Rock) Weezer (Alternative Rock) Weezer is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1992, currently consisting of Rivers Cuomo (lead vocals, lead and rhythm guitar), Patrick Wilson, Brian Bell, and Scott Shriner.

Nobody says that weezer is emo, but they are often considered emo if you look it up. I think '90's emo is what is normally considered pop punk, such as Jimmy eat World and Kings of Leon.
