I get that somes of their songs sound similar but overall they're not terrible.

Not a big fan of emo music but I've honestly heard worse *COUGH* *COUGH* Falling in Reverse.

Oh no, there's been more hated from the emo genre. Black Veil Brides for example.

My Chemical Romance isn't even that emo; they're more pop-punk

Glam Metal itself is basically hard rock but as a whole Guns N' Roses has gotten lots of unnecessary hate.

People hate them for these reasons which I find overused and invalid

1. they sold out (Yes they did but not the biggest like some think Megadeth and Ozzy are bigger sellouts)
2. They are the most popular Metal band (one of the Dumbest reasons to hate a band)
3. St. Anger and Lulu (Neither are the worst metal album Metallica didn't even write lyrics for one of them)
